Taken From Blue Planet II
This bold cinematic experience takes viewers on a magical adventure across the greatest, yet least known, parts of our planet - our oceans. Since Blue Planet aired in 2001, our understanding of life beneath the waves has completely changed. Travelling from the icy polar seas to the vibrant blues of the coral atolls, this series shares these astonishing new discoveries. Meet the strange octopuses lurking in the depths of the Antarctic Ocean. Watch giant trevally fish leap to catch birds in mid-air. And ride on the back of a hammerhead shark as it attacks. Inspiring awe and wonder, Blue Planet II reveals surprising new places, charismatic new characters and extraordinary new behaviours.
Welcome to BBC EARTH! The world is an amazing place full of stories, beauty and natural wonder. Here you'll find 50 years worth of entertaining and thought-provoking natural history content. Dramatic, rare, and exclusive, nature doesn't get more exciting than this.

As adorable puffins are, even creatures that aren't "cute" for the average person, must be protected, as they are as much as important. And the reason why nature needs to be protected, is because every creature has its role for a balanced ecosystem, and a balanced ecosystem ultimately affects us people in our survival. Without the environment and the beings that live within, we can't live, but most people don't seem to care about that when degrading our own birthplace, Earth, which also happens to be currently the only planet we can live.

I was in Maine at a Seafood restaurant on the water and I saw this black and white bird swimming around like a duck. I thought it looked like a Puffin. I asked the waitress, Is that a Puffin? She said, "Yes it is, but it's unusual, they rarely come this far south" So I got to see one, very cool.

No I’m not because that’s how nature is, just like in human nature sometimes people just kill other for fun, you’ll learn once you get older

These birds might not have to pay child support to raise their "kids," but damn, they must be incredibly strong. Not only do they have to fly a lot to and from the fishing spot, which is like doing aerial push-ups, they also need to dive deep to find fish for their chicks. As if all of that wasn't exhausting, now they must put up with lazy birds who wanna rob their goods and potentially physically harm them. Man, that requires not only physical strength, but mental toughness as well. Respect.
