    Hey Elena. 😎 I think you're onto something promoting the "best priced units," within the most desirable areas... then periodically discussing where those particular areas ARE... for the lower, mid and upper tier buyer(s). Another great video, location and development. Also, don't forget those "authentic local" abodes, typically further inland... as some of us are NOT: "condo buyers." And maybe also again some more further north and southward... as the lower traffic and price, combined with R & R and "quietude" are also a USP, for many... both with, and without, more money. (I like the "higher end" offerings, myself. Much, more interesting, and might also work well for a: comparison- contrast!) 😉

    I love Nuevo. I bought a condo there a year ago in Plaza 3.14. It is a 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Tell your mother that David said hello

    I just checked out your KZread channel and admired its attractive aesthetics. However, while exploring it, I noticed some areas that need attention. One notable aspect is the SEO, particularly the insufficient use of optimized tags and tag volume, which seems to have been overlooked. There might be other concerns as well that you should address

    Definitely, don't forget to also check in to the development itself and always work with a trusted agent ( I would reach out to your trusted agent to get that info + HOA).
