Puerto Ricans take over the government's responsibilities
While politicians debate who will be the next governor, Puerto Ricans are building the island's future. Watch how they're creating their own currency, protecting their land, and providing jobs for their youth in the midst of chaos in the government.
These community groups have been doing what Puerto Ricans call "haciendo de tripas corazones." Basically, doing a lot with very little. Here's my commentary on how hope for a better Puerto Rico resides within grassroots communities.
