Started watching John back in 2010. By 2015 I was out doing it myself. Never looked back since. Great video mate. Long live the public scene

Big John a very good carp fishing 🎣 video I fish 🐟 public lake's in France there are risks with family's & people traffic . I don't fish summer holidays September time when everyone is back at work and the children go back to school then I make a start in my carp fishing very best wishes from Ben 👍 👌

Had this plenty of times on public waters in france around where i live in the summer time ,the french are a very outdoorsy people 😊 i had to just had to get use to it as the pay off is worth the hassle.😇

Always find it crazy that you leave/ stash your gear to take the car back, how comes you have to do this quite a lot overseas? I’d love to get some European action but I wouldn’t know where to start! It’s great having these videos, would be cool to do a proper break down of planning and doing a trip for people that haven’t done any fishing in Europe. Well done nash another great video ❤

- Could get broken into - Could get vandalised by French anglers who don't like English people fishing their waters - He might be breaking rules like fishing nights or out of bounds areas so wants to keep his vehicle hidden so it's not obvious someone is fishing there

Doing your own research is half the fun. If you just wanna fish in Europe without any effort then there’s loads of pay lakes that can cater for a holiday session. If you want proper public waters then nobody with half a brain will give you info other than the basics of how to buy a licence. Nobody will part with lake names

can anyone reccommend any quiet public lakes that can be fished anywhere in europe please not too bothered about fish stocks aslong as you have a chance of catching

Angling is 5 star but the sense of entitlement that british fisherman have when fishing public lakes in foriegn countries is getting tedious.
