The processor does not pull the game, I think if you put the same 12400f in conjunction with 1650, there will be less lags
My i5 8600k + gtx 1060 6gb 16ddr4 3000mhz ram barely run this game at 40 fps😂

See your Cpu and Gpu are both outdated, i3 13th gen beats even i9 9th gen, generation and architecture matters a lot when you are doing intensive tasks like gaming. What u can do is overclock ur gpu slightly if its not being used at 99% efficiency, but be careful as doing so may result in stutters or destruction of ur gpu
