Pt. 24 BMW E30 325i DIY Injector Cleaning/Rebuilding and Intake Cleaning

One of the last few things on the list to rebuild was the intake manifold and more specifically the injectors. I have bought the rebuild kit with new o-rings and a new vacuum plate gasket to reseal everything. Flushed and cleaned the injectors as well as the manifold. I hope you enjoy it :) P.S. Pro-tip -- while the manifold is disassembled, you can get ALL of the yellowed cosmoline off by using Aircraft Stripper. It's available in aerosol at most any auto parts stores. Clean/dry, then shoot down the top, let it work for 10 or 15, hose off. It will look like a brand new freshly cast intake. I've done a few. Don't get any on your skin..
What torque wrench do I need to buy for this? I want to do this to my M20B20
Hello there. Few questions here. What size of screw did you use to take out the filters? What type of oil did you use when you're putting back the filters, orings ans spacers? Thanks

Hey 👋 the screw Size I am not certain on, ~4mm. As long as you can screw it into the filter and not the injector. The oil was a simple motor oil, think 5w30 that I had laying around 👍
I was invested until I noticed the hole in his pants. WTF
