I love that this wasn’t a one way interview. The interviewer got to talk and share their opinions too. This is the old school dialect. I’ll always love Grace, the conversations I imagine we could have. She cuts herself short a bit. If only I could tell her how beautiful she is, I would.

Grace said she doesn’t like to be labeled anything. But I’m gonna call her a LOVELY HUMAN BEING. I wholeheartedly agree with much of what she shared in this interview of her thoughts and feelings about various things. And some of her views are 180 degrees different than mine and I mean polar opposite. But that doesn’t change the good feeling I feel toward her as another person going through life, living and learning. From the reading of so many of the comments here that express feelings toward Grace similar to my own, it’s apparent that Karma is a real thing: Grace gets what she gives- Tolerance, an open mind, a willingness to listen to other’s views, and APPRECIATION & LOVE. I love Grace. I kinda feel like going out and carving that on a tree somewhere...

It's lovely to come across someone who is grounded, straight-talking and yet tolerant and open-minded at the same time. For me, spiritual but not religious is the way forward, and those who get to a point where they see their own addictions are the ones in the vanguard of bringing spirituality to the fore. Let's fight our 'jihad' internally. 'Bright and funny' appeal to me too. Sorry Arik, but it's a shame that you had to initially read your script from your clipboard. All people who have come to terms with their addictive behaviours - not just Grace - deserve more respect than that.

IMO, Grace Slick & Jerry Garcia, with their Genius & quick-witted, highly intelligent personality will go down in History right up there with Twain, Hemingway & the likes. Although they are often ridiculed by many unaware (& perhaps just too young to be able to appreciate) people out there who just think they were just old drug-taking Hippie Musicians out of the Psychedelic 60's. If one would take the time to listen to just one interview from each & really take it in, I feel they would come out of that experience with the realization these two (& more from that Era) with all their deep Wisdom, are VERY special people put on this Earth to teach us - all their wonderful Music aside. Grace & Jerry - we Salute you. Happy 46-yr Anniversary of Woodstock !

"When one pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small and the one that mother gives you don't do anything at all". This is hilarious the dude kept trying to focus the conversation on spirituality and Grace kept diverting or digressing to her acid and drug use days... frickin love Grace Slick!

You know who was one great spiritual catholic that I could watch over and over as a jew without any problems whatsoever - Bishop Fulton J. Sheen. There are many of his old shows in black n white on KZread. Talk about a great man. His last sermon I saw was on Dostoyevsky given to regular middle class people who more than likely never heard of Dostoyevsky. And he made it work. And charisma, he exuded it like a fire.

I'm pretty much like Grace in that I really don't care what your religious beliefs are, as long as you're not hurting anyone. Heck, you can worship a doorknob for all I care. You can even stand on the street corner and preach whatever gospel you subscribe to. I really don't mind. The only ones I really have a problem with are the jerks on Capitol Hill who are trying to turn this country (the US) into a theocracy. We all have to live on this rock together, and if you don't respect my beliefs and right to live how I want, why should I respect yours?

In my case it's justified because the doorknob in my bedroom is the center of the universe.

Have you checked the Clinton's bank balances lately??? Putin called Billy Boy PERSONALLY and thanked him after a Moscow "speech" for over $300K during the Uranium Deal; hypocrite you ignore FACTS for fantasy.

I found her daughter to have the eyes and cheek bones of Paul Kantner, the guitarist of Jefferson Airplane. She did admit to having sex with most of the group. So there you are.

This is JUST me, but when I HIT 50, I REFUSED to "let everything Go". Thats just me, but wanted to exclaim that to the Mountain Tops! And, I have NOT let everything go at 61 yrs of age. Just ran a Marathon, in fact.
