6.  Where is it found ◦ Precursor, L-DOPA is synthesized in brain and kidneys ◦ Dopamine functions in several parts of the peripheral nervous system  In blood vessels, it inhibits norepinephrine release and acts as a vasodilator (relaxation)  In the kidneys, it increases sodium and urine excretion  In the pancreas, it reduces insulin production  In the digestive system, it reduces gastrointestinal motility and protects intestinal mucosa  In the immune system, it reduces lymphocyte activity.
7.  Symptoms of excess & insufficiency ◦ Excess of dopamine  Unnecessary movements, repetitive tics  Psychosis  Hypersexuality  Nausea  Most antipsychotic drugs are dopamine antagonists  Dopamine antagonist drugs are also some of the most effective anti-nausea agents
8.  Symptoms of excess & insufficiency ◦ Insufficient dopamine  Negative symptoms of schizophrenia  Pain  Parkinson’s Disease  Restless legs syndrome  Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)  Neurological symptoms that increase in frequency with age, such as decreased arm swing and increased rigidity.  Changes in dopamine levels may also cause age-related changes in cognitive flexibility.

You can try herbal remedies and certain herb teas also I used valerian also was researching melatonin we need a certain amount of sunlight and vitamins from food doctors missed so many things accuse peole of psych issues without checking!Due to abuse and stress my cortisol levels were through the roof, had horrific stomach pain vomit blood tingling in arms and up spine passed out - medics said I wasn't sick after their 'care' was much worse inflammation in body went from 8 to 43 hear attack symtoms dismissed then denied given psych drug nothing for actual physical health symptoms accused of all sorts without proof had to pay for tests hair test revealed 100 plus food sensitivities gluten and dairy allergy 20 plus toxins heavy metals and more honestly conventional medicine is ignoring the facts and going with this health destroying drugs whilst ignoring the other causes of behaviour changes do your own research don't rely on a doctors opinion without any tests as opinions aren't facts and they prescribed these drugs wih toxic effects like smarties without any proof of their theories! They create new diseases as drugs all based on short term and very flawed animal experiments! Animals abused in labs didn't have any of these so called human mental health conditions the pharmaceutical sales teams do a good job hiding the effects and harm to health these supposed cures cause ! It's our health theybdestroy yet often even the symtoms of the drugs themselves are then denied as most doctors haven't studied the drugs they prescribed and dont know the side effects or blatantly lie or deny them if they told people the dangers most would refuse hence they force them under accusations they can't prove whilst ignoring serious underlying health issues and causing more! Had a friend a teacher whose life theybdesteoyed woh these drugs then denied the new diseases she developed were a result of the excess drugs they forced on her blamed her thinking denying her symtoms of tardive dyskinesia and dystonia it was horrific! Please do your research properly before destroying someone's health and their life if havent got tests for your accusations then it's just a theory use FMri or more accurate tests as they nearly killed a few peolple these drugs are all on blackboard warnings as known to be dangerous and cause suicidal thoughts and suicides amongst many other issues - they even cause the very things they are meant to cure - how doctors have been convinces these are any sort of cure whilst it's destroying health mustve been good sales tactics! The side effects are effects all minimised in preference of their curative theory for brain disorders which could be health issues autoimmune disease food allergy hormone issues etc ignored or missed! Dangerous game they play that has been destroying hysical health whilst theoretically curing a mind disease no one ever had just a normal response to life's chaotic stressor or abuse yet they continue this vicious cycle of abuse causing victims many more health issues the system is flawed! Food is medicine its also why so many peole turn back to naturr and herbal remedies once theyve endured the harm inflicted on them by conventional medicine! Soul destroying!

You don’t know how they got “serotonin” from “HT”? 5HT is 5-hydroxytryptamine, or commonly what we call “serotonin”. Now you know.
