After reading this book forwards, backwards, and sideways....I can definitely confirm that your method of upgrading your self image is the most efficient. I have done the relaxation and the visualization routines together before but always felt like something was missing unless I was visualizing something attainable. The third element changed the game entirely. Now I can see myself achieving things I haven't achieved yet and I feel so confident doing it.

Thank you sir. This book is a classic of classic. Truly changed my life....first time I read almost 10 years ago I was working at the airport moving luggage. Today I have a solid business and everything a immigrant want to have. Thanks again for this videos.

I don't understand why you thank the guy for the video: 1- you have used the ideas and as you say you have achieved results. There is nothing to gain by watching this video and nothing to thank the guy for. 2- do you realize that with your post you give ideas to your COMPETITORS and they might put you out of business ?

jazznroll5 you can’t be serious with your comment there is always room for improvement in life and maybe coming back to classic books summarized like this helps once in a while rather then reading the whole book again Exactly what idea is he giving to a bunch of strangers online You sound miserable dang

jazznroll5 i feel like this was an attempt to come off as smart. You failed miserably. Perhaps he thanks him for the concise summary as it can serve as a quick and easy review for those already familiar with the topics and ideas of the book and secondly serves those still ignorant to the ideas of the book that now get a chance to become familiar in either case it doesn’t concern you why one shows their gratitude. Not even gonna address your second point about competitors, almost had a stroke reading that.

PSYCHO-CYBERNETICS by Maxwell Maltz Automatic Creative Mechanism (ACM) Trust it Mental image + Strong desire + Action towards goal If you find it hard to trust your ACM then your self image is not aligned with your goal. Upgrade your self image 1. Relaxation Routine Concrete Legs > Sinking into mattress Concrete Arms & Hands > Sinking into mattress Concrete Neck & Head > Sinking into mattress 2. Pick one thing you've been struggling with Imagine a result that was beyond your expectations Make this mental experience as vivd as possible The more detail, the more believable by your subconscious mind 3. Think of recent success (However small) Raising the standard for yourself 1. Release tension 2. Visualise a desired end result 3. Layer on a "success feeling"

You are lot much better than most of the book summary makers ....you really mean it when you say that you are delivering core messsage because the core message of any book (most of the time) can be delivered in around 7-8 notebook handwritten pages......thank you for standing upto your words and not letting the viewers waste even a single second......Thanks a ton!!!!

My own notes: 1. Relax your body. 2. Visualizer achieving your goal or a problem in your way right now where you've overcome it. 3. Think of a time you've succeeded and inject that feeling of success into yourself while you are relaxed and visualising your goal's achievement. The ReMeNa-ViGoPro-FeSu framework. - ReMeNa = Relax by Napping or Meditation. - ViGoPro = Visualisation of Goals achieved of Problems solved. - FeSu = Inject Feeling of success.

I have read the book and can confirm that this is a great review. One thought about the 3-steps: It feels like step2 and step3 should be in reverse order, like first re-live your already made success and then imagine a desired success. Why would the writer put them in this order?

How will this method work for if you want to talk to girls? Because despite imagining yourself talking to girls, deep down you know you have limited experiences with girls and previous conversations have gone wrong. Surely all these thoughts of your lack of experience and uncertainty about how a relationship/conversation with a girl should develop would play on your mind??
