I came to this video for the same thing, no luck for me though. I am using Gigapixel AI to upscale the images. I even just simply painted them as a test and no luck. EDIT: Not even 5 minutes and I fixed it...

I love the vid and I also like your desktop top background but I'm with IGN. Lol.

Yeah ever played command and conquer kane's wrath? Doing huge mod on that. Having confessor cabals, nod militants and female nod commado skins.

only if we could find a way to get this to work on a psp iso, I tried to edit a gurumin iso using umd gen and replacing the model files with the ones I created that has the custom texture but when I repack everything and try to run the game it just freezes on the loading screen. Edit: the texture works using the method described in the video but again I want to have it packed in the iso to use on the psp :(

You can try turning the texture into a plugin for recovery menu in PSP. Maybe it will work

You made have to reboot the ppsspp emulator after changes for it work. Or you have the wrong files names.

I did mine in an android. It is the same concept as pc. Make sure you have folders PSP/TEXTURES all caps. You may have to record the new files and change the name for the mod. Sometimes you need to reboot the ppsspp in other to see the mods.

My actual voice is higher pitch. I deepened it and I guess the effect made it monotone lol.

You can restart the game or reboot ppsspp. Sometimes it just needs that. If that doesn't work you need to do save textures box so it can record the texture with the files names. Sometimes the file names are different get the record one and paste over the modded textures.

Highly doubt it. Maybe recolouring? Upscaling would not work though due to the highly limited system resources

It does work on android. You just have to download the ppsspp app from google store, install, the mods you have to transfer from pc or download directly and you should be able to move them into the TEXTURE folder in ppsspp

It either makes one for you when you do the save textures in ppsspp or you can make one just make sure it is in all capitalized. TEXTURES.

It is just make sure you get the file names when you save textures to pc use those file names to rename the modded textures( you can use the mod in the link to replace black leather outfit) And put in Psspp folder/memstick/PSP/TEXTURES/ULUS10567.
