Missed you last evening. I attended a singing at a local church last evening. It was a very small group of Believers who.cone together for the entire congregation to praise our God in song. There were many children and youth there. Families sang specials. Many young pianists accompanied those singing. The Spirit of our God was upon us. The music was so glorifying to our Lord. It was a little heaven on earth singing and listening to others sing the great hymns of the church.

Truly Have Always Enjoyed Your Playing Ms Anna. Reminds Me So Much Of My Mama Playing, Back When I Was A Little Girl Growing Up. On Sundays, After Church And Sunday Dinner. To Some Dinner Is In The Evenings, But In The South, Such As Us , In Middle And South Ga Where Mama And Daddy Were Born And Raised . Dinner Is Dinner. Supper Is Supper. But On Sundays After Church And Dinner. We'd Go Into The Living Room. Either Mama Or Grandma Janie Who Was Blind, Would Play The Piano. Grandma Was Born In 1901. She Played In The Silent Movies. Lost Her Sight At 52, due to A Failed Cateract Surgery. She Played Anything From Boogie Woogie To The Classics. Loved To Hear Her Play Hymns. She Played By Ear, As I Do. But Remembered From The Hymnals As Well Even After Loosing Her Sight. And She Added A Slip Note To Her Own Arrangements, Which Was Beautiful As You Play. Mama Always Could Only Play By Reading The Music. But She Did That Beautifully. She Also Taught Music To Many A Children. I Play Piano, But Nothing Near Your Talent . I Play The Keyboards And I Play Accordion Too, Which I Started At 15 yrs old. Use to, A Piano Was Just A Piano. There Were Many Different Types And Model's. But Today, So Many Are Electronic. They Add Voices And Other Instruments To Specific Styles Of Playing. I Ramble Too Much. Thank You Again Ms Anna, For Sharing Your Talent With All Of Us. I Have Fed My Horses For The Evening. My FURBABY'S And I Did Our Walk About The Property. It Sure Is Hot And Humid Out. We Sure Could Use Some Rain, No Storms Just Rain. Got To Fix Some Supper. Today Is My Birthday Ms Anna. I'm Up There A Ways. Was Born in The Late 50's If That Gives You A Hint Of My Age.😂❤ Have A Blessed Monday Evening. Mama And Daddy Were Both Born And Raised In South Ga. So I Come By It Honestly. Growing Up While I Was In School And young. I Was Very Quiet And Shy. After Graduating From High School And College. I Was A Paramedic. Had An Associates Degree In Paramedics. Then Got Offered A Job On The Local Air Force Base As A Jr. Mechanic And Stores Clerk. Making 3 Times As Much Money. There's Where My Career In Aircraft Started. Worked As An Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic And E&I Inspector On C-141's For 20 yrs And Then F-15's For 13yrs. Had A Total Of 33 yrs working For DOD. I Loved Every Minute Of It. Not Always The OverTime. But It Was For Our Soldiers To Do Their Jobs And Always Will Be. I Came out Of My Shell, You Could Say. Wow Cheryl Never expected a response and certainly not so soon! Sorry I neglected to wish you a Happy Birthday! We share some history in a way because I was born in ‘58 and served in the Marine Corps for almost 24 years and did my first 8 years with Marine Corps Aircraft Group 39 and later did a year at Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan. Hard to believe you were ever shy🙂 Southern girl meet Northern guy from Wisconsin both before and after Marines. Happily married for 41 years and with 5 wonderful grandchildren. Just when I thought there could not be any other arrangement of Amazing Grace, Anna, you played one of the best I’ve ever heard. You are such a picture of peacefulness and serenity, and I’ll let Mark say the rest, as you play and it was just what I needed to hear right now although this is my second time listening. Sort of like the Bible which speaks to me in different ways at different times. The Bible never changes but some passages are just more meaningful depending on one’s present circumstances. Thank you very much as always for taking the time to bless, comfort and encourage us through your beautiful piano playing and your warm personality🙂

I enjoyed this so much -- and found myself singing along on some of these. You remind me of my best friend in Oregon; she also makes it look so effortless to play these beautiful songs. I'm not musically inclined, but I've almost mastered playing the radio -- a couple more years' practice and I should be able to do it all by myself.

Gostaria de saber o nome desse hino 46.33 minutos. Aqui no Brasil a versão tem o nome de "A Minha Casa". É um hino que escuto desde criança. 🙌 E também o 56.24 minutos. A versão aqui no Brasil se chama "O Mais Doce Nome". É um hino que gosto muito e que já cantei em dueto. Obrigada!
