So lovely is this hymn. I was blessed to grow up at Calvary Baptist Church Okmulgee Ok. Maxine James taught us piano and I was a minister of music for three yrs, adult choir, teenage and children. The most wonderful times of my life. I still spend time with God alone on my piano. I hunger and thirst for these special times. ❤

Jesus is praised by your wonderful playing. You certainly took me down memory lane of my youth with the old songs of the 60’s & 70’s…

Thank you Sheryl. The first hymn ‘Day by Day’ brought back beautiful memories to me of a well loved pastor of ours who has since passed away from a brain tumour. It was his favourite hymn when he would preach a pensive sermon but praise God for His plan of salvation. Let’s prepare now to meet our Majestic King of Kings and Lord of Lords in peace! He will be here soon to take us to be with Him 👑

Thanks for sharing. Once at My church during a revival. I sang while the pianist accompanied me. The combination of the songs, One Day When Heaven was filled with his glory, and It is well with my soul, the verse, “and Lord, haste the day day, when the faith shall be sight, and sky be rolled like a scroll, and the trumpet shall sound and the lord shall descend, even so, it is well with my soul.
