Still getting crash error, even changed the HD, no "fix" seems to work, guess covid got into the ps4 Update. I took my ps4 apart and used a brand new paintbrush to loosen all the dust inside, then I vacuumed it, since then the ps4 hasn't given the error. Coincidence or fix ? Lol.

My Ps4 Pro makes a lot of noise with Warzone and kicks me out after some time. I once traveled with it and bored it to a friend (he probably didn't took the best care with the dust going inside). Now I'm having this problem and I can't pinpoint the problem. Is it from Ps4 end, the server of the game or my system? I don't know but it might be some dust making the Ps4 close the app so it dosen't overheat.

Thank you so much!! Omg I bought Hitman because I was trying to catch up before Hitman 3 comes out (2021) and the minute I downloaded it.. It said “An error has occurred.” I even deleted it and re downloaded it but was still experiencing the same issue. Once I did the instructions in this video the game is working!! I'm starting to think that as well, i got this error twice for the past month, both times in the tower in destiny 2, and i couldnt comment on ps live twitch streams because i kept getting an error

This happens even when I load up my trophies, I have no idea what to do. I think it got corrupted on the Modern Warfare release when I tried to play it but it kept freezing.

Another video said to go to Account Management in settings and then click Restore Licenses. I’m trying this before I try to rebuild the database. I’ve had this error on Fallout 4, Metro Redux, and Apex over the years. Only pops up rarely. Edit: I’ve been using the same console for 6 years. Turned out my hard drive went bad so I replaced it with an SSD. The Samsung 860 EVO is the moves if you’re trying to prolong the lifespan of your PS4 for the time being. It runs faster, quieter, and never crashes. My main advice would be upgrade to the PS5 when you have the funds though. Good luck gents

You can fix this by going to trophies an deleting the data for a game you’ve never played before and had 0% trophies. Delete it and it’ll be fixed. Happened to my Fifa and there’s a video on KZread about it

In mortal kombat 11 the last update v1.17 was 15.589GB for me,and it kept repeating every time i finish it so i deleted the game and the data from the storage and i rebuilt data base then i put the mk 11 disc in the Ps4 and within 2 seconds it finished copying and i got 15.589GB update but i cant enter the game every time i enter the game it says this error but hopefully when i do the update it will work

I deleted the corrupted data and it fixed my problem...I think u have to have another saved game data file then u can delete the corrupted one cause if u delete all the data files then it screws up everything from what u can tell

Nope. Did all of this. Horizon Zero Dawn crashes on my system. I did every single fix from Rebuild, HDD swap to 2tb, Quick Initializing to Full Initialization. Nothing worked. Just bought plants vs Zombies and that crashes on the title screen! Best bet is to just just buy a new console or send it to Sony of America. It's the only way. These self fixes in safe mode only work for a bit then it's back crashing again. Literally, did the database rebuild and Horizon worked. Turn off the system, came back to play, crashes started again.

I am new to PS4 (just bought on 14 Nov 2020) and I am getting this error past 1 week. I have tried everything like rebuild data, Full initialize, restore license, lower video output, re-sign in, re-starting. everything. after this I come to now that this pandemic is happening all over the world. Believe me this is not hardware or game issue. this is PS4 Update patch issue. Sony is very busy for marketing and manufacturing of PS5 and trying to resolve cyberpunk CE 34878 error. peace.

If done all the steps even changed the hard disc... No succes. When I have network off and start the game and when in the game turn on the network no problem. When I start the game with the network on it crashes. And games that work offline also have no issues. Seems to be related to connecting to the internet. Really strange problem only happens to my new ps4 pro. I have an other pro few slims no problems at all.

Only happens with youtube app on PS4 pro I have. All other apps are just fine. I deleted the app.. reinstalled the app. and problem came right back. Bad updated to youtube I think.

This is a fucking crazy error most users have to face using PS4. The only good option is to initialize your PS4. If this does not solve your issue, ask for the replacement of your PS4. This is a bug for which Sony is solely responsible. Don't consider yourself guilty for this. Fucking shit by Sony. Trust me there is no other option this error can be resolved. So don't waste your time ask for the replacement of your console.
