I garrentee you ,they know everything there is to know about this guy anf they already have a file on him .People are so niave .They see this technology sitting in the palm of their hand ,and they never stop and think what it can and is being used for other than entertainment for themselves.

@@nightflight1454 He's not the one who uploaded the video. You wouldn't be able to track this guy through the means you are talking about. Duh. That's not to say that the FBI doesn't know who he is and they very well may have a file on him, but they have no way of linking the unknown masked guy in this video together with that known identity/file. If his face wasn't covered then widespread sophisticated facial tracking and analysis could potentially do the trick, but given that it is covered, I'm gonna go ahead and say you don't know what you're talking about and unless this guy is extremely high up in the proud boys (like very tip top brass or is very special in some other way) then it's unlikely the FBI would be able to identify who it is in the video. If he is just your average proud boy, there is absolutely no way they would be able to identify him without more to go on.

@@nightflight1454 And, so what? You're counting on the GPS being activated on the phone? Cell phone tower data is not nearly accurate enough to do much of value in this scenario, assuming there are more than 5 or so proud boy members/associates in the ~100 mile radius give or take around them.
