With big dogs 14 months is still a puppy. She could have hired a dog trainer. She could have rehomed the dog to a ranch out west where there were no chickens. What he said, "I was beating a deer to death. That's what rednecks do for fun," and the rookie cop said something about how people who are violent to animals sometimes graduate to people. At that moment, Cody had already killed four women. That was also the end of it for him. He is in jail now. Reminds me of her quite a lot, though there's no sign she's killed any human beings. Did the dog have a trainer? Could she have given the dog to someone who was willing to train it. I've put down a dangerous dog. I didn't hate her. It was a very painful decision. We worked with her for years. I think it's the fact that she didn't try anything else. She just shot the dog.

If there are any missing people in that area check the gravel pit

Sadly, most people are serial killers. The average American kills 100 innocent animals per year. 😢 I don't support Kristi Noem in any way. She is cruel. That said, most people support shooting innocent animals in the head--they just do it vicariously and pay slaughterhouse workers to use the captive bolt gun. We humans don't need to eat other animals (in fact, vegans live on average 6♀️ to 10♂️years longer than animal eaters). And innocent animals do NOT deserve to be incarcerated, tortured, branded, castrated, and have their teeth and other body parts cut off (all without anesthesia), then killed at a fraction of their normal lifespans--many dismembered while still fully conscious--just for the pleasure of human taste buds. Everyone can make the choice to get out of an abusive relationship today simply by going vegan.✌🏽❤️🐕🐖🐈🐄🐣🐟🐬🐐🐑🦃🐢 To quote Alice Walker: "The animals of the world exist for their own reasons. They were not made for humans any more than Black people were made for Whites or women for men."

Noem seems to display the signs of a psychopath: absolutely no conscience, empathy or guilt. From the short paragraph of her killing her pets, it sounds like she went on an killing spree.

Vets in US have been euthanising these type of dogs every day for decades. I have heard of vets who committed suicide because they had to euthanise newborn puppies every day for months. This was a big problem in the US before. The dog would have been euthanised at that time if she gave it to the rescue. Alarmist immediately at that time.

I saw a dumpster fire once. Huge flames twice as tall as the dumpster itself, could feel the heat half a block away Very impressive. Ironically, it was right behind the firehouse. And traffic was stopped so the firetruck couldnt get out. Finally they used a ladder to flip the lid shut, they were steel back then.

I read that the puppy killing would have been a Class II misdemeanor under SD law, but Noem is protected by the statute of limitations.
