Protein Evolution, The Waiting Times Problem, and the Intriguing...
Музыка
On this ID The Future, host Eric Anderson gets an update on the recent work of Dr. Ann Gauger, Senior Fellow at Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture. Dr. Gauger explains her continuing research into the limits of protein evolution, efforts that are challenging the prevailing assumptions of the role of proteins and mutations in a Darwinian account of life. She also discusses her work on the related waiting times problem, demonstrating the difficulty of Darwinian processes to account for the diversity we see in biology. In addition, Ann shares her journey into researching human origins. After being asked to evaluate the scientific case against Adam and Eve, Ann dove into population genetics to see if monogenesis - the hypothesis that all humans are descended from two first parents - was even a possibility. What she discovered may surprise you. Don't miss this review of Dr. Gauger's fascinating and important research.

I was evolution believer and then one day listening to the narrative explaining its mechanisms I intuitively felt that something was wrong that it’s proponents repaired to wishful thinking and were presenting scenarios that to easily fit proposed theory and then I read Michael Behe
Oh my Good God. This is so important. Thank you. I will translate this for my country too. God Bless you guys. We shall prevail.
Glad to see you guys uploading more
Amazing dedication...I maintain that Intelligent Design is a fact with my discovery from Quantum side...

Yes! In this lady’s quest to determine the limits of protein evolution, she has managed to locate something she can lie about! Absolutely riveting!
I love this and appreciate ittremendously!
Hard to grasp for a layman :)))
Wouldn't these genetic calculations be more consistent with the family of Noah? If you assume the existence of a Biblical Noah and mass human extinction, this seems to be more in line with the bottle neck she described.

Yes, but it's a little tricky. There were three reproducing wives involved and they brought genes from their families.

So 3 sons,3 wives and Noah = 7 genetic sources presuming Noah’s wife was beyond childbearing age and approved of nookie sharing for the good of the race.

Also if you look at the human population graph, the curve essentially starts right around the time we estimate the flood to have happened, around 4500 years ago. Then they just draw a more or less flat line for like millions of years before that lol.
professor dave has it all figured out, you guys just need to ask him and he will tell you how easy all this stuff is

P. Dave didn't say anything about evolution in his debate. All he said was that Dr.Tour lied. He said it over and over and over. Didn't actually say what the lie was. Dave lied.
Adam until Noah, men and women lived over 760 (avg) years. How many children could the population have over 1,500 years? Millions wouldn't be a problem, a generation (Genesis Chapter 5 & Chapter 10 was sextuple (avg) what a generation is today is about 20 - 25 years. I S really a shame that they want more time to be added to make their ages into the millions. Even Abraham saw his grandchildren, Shem had his first child, Arphaxad 2 years after the Genesis Flood so, Shem saw Abraham's father, Terah and Abraham which was 6 generations after the flood (Genesis 11). About 600 years after the flood. This doesn't even account for Ham or Japeth, She's brothers. 3×(6^3) = 648 (Shem's 3 sons) 648×(6^3) = 139,968 (the next 5 generations offspring) just from Shem in 6 generations. Add Hame and Jqpeth who actually had more children.. 🤔 Not hard to see the exponential growth in 600 years.

@therick363 Yes how ignorant are you? The geneololgies in the Bible are accurate and are correct and the evidence of the flood really did cover the entire EARTH, where, not Just Abraham comes in because his father, Terah, actually was the man that made the Idols for Nimrod (ruler of Babel). You must not know that the cuneiform tablets found in Mesopotamia that have been found also have geneololgies. Oh, you didn't know? Then there's this. About Joseph, who really was made the prime minister of Egypt and saved the Egyptian kingdom, the world at the time from Famine and made Egypt more wealthy.. And so much more that you don't even have a clue about where the evidence is truly there - Even Sodom and Gomorrah where Lot, Abraham's cousin was saved out of. The evidence is clear.. You're wrong and archeology has found that the Bible accounts are true historical events. Is this the model mentioned for Ola Hössjer 16:55 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32505827/ ?? I want to learn more, but just because something is said in a podcast doesn't mean I understand it, or can think it through without context, so I am trying to find that context.
