Yes, if you'd be working with specific loadings where you'd not want to load your beams or walls with uniform loads but that which is only apportioned to different sections,that is fine and more accurate in terms of load application. I believe I've been able to pass my view well. Thank you sir

can i ask about how to design monolithic IBS building for wall and column to perform 1 unit area .just simple 1 storey building (without using column) ,the wall acting as self bearing wall.Please

Well precise and educative . But I have a question pls . Have done my modeling. Also did the building check and it pass. But the analysis couldn’t run . It drops a message like Analysis can be carried out when all stories populated . Models with empty with empty stories cannot be analysed

You probably have storeys without elements , try to delete storeys that are not needed in your model and then try analysing again. Ensure you update me please.

There are a number of things that could be responsible for that; Some errors in your modeling or system software issues among other things

@@ridergist Remember that Prota does the analysis and design (including the transfer of loads).. What you can do is to check the loads on respective beams and work out the amount of loads transfered to other beams or columns from there but in the actual sense of it,prota does all of these for you already

Oh! Alright, the solution to this is simple. Get Orion installation file, install it and go back to edit the story. Well, you may feel it's unrelated but that's a very sure way out.

BRO, the intro and the unnecessary talks take away from your channel. Most folks who want to learn structural software are really into heavyweight knowledge so you don't need to tell them how good the software is, they can tell on their own and also watch big channels, they don't ask for subscribers, the content on the channel is what makes people subscribe. 5 min of intro wow. maybe you should have a script before you do videos so you dont go about in circles

Some little digging into advertising, marketing, branding, copywritting, SEO and the allied fields will help in pushing your branding higher. Trust me, never accept praises from the comments section. Embrace criticism in all it forms. Best presentations are always done with the help of scripts or a rehearsed one. Try as much as possible to avoid any talk that does not contribute directly to the topic at hand. OK. It may sound counter intuitive to think that by not asking for subscribers, you will not get any. It is rather the weight of your content and presentation that matters. I am sure you will agree with me that you have subscribed to channels just in the first 2 minutes because you are scared you might not remember the channel if you don't subscribe immediately. It was because of the quality of the content on the channel and how it can be of benefit. There is this channel that has some good stuff but just go through a few videos and you will understand what I mean. The channel is KEONYEDI OLODU. With the content he has, he should have big subscribers but quite the opposite because he simply rant about and repetitions of same talk over and over again. Take my word and advice bro. Always straight to the point is the way. less is more
