Prosperity Lakes in Parrish, FL is the latest Active Adult Community to enter the 55+ community arena and it has some very low prices if you are one of the first buyers to purchase in this community. The community is built by Lennar Homes and the amenities are going to resemble a nearby community named Medley at Southshore Bay. I have to also emphasize that this community is currently detached from the main section and entrance to the other Lennar Homes community at Prosperity Lakes. Those homes are for the main section and include townhomes too. This part of Prosperity Lakes in today's video is just the active adult 55+ section on Buckeye Rd, Parrish.

It's high for a 55+ community but you'll definitely come across higher elsewhere. The HOA fees are more of a concern in my opinion, as they're monthly and not built into your overall annual property tax bill. The HOA fees are around $182 per month until the amenities are ready, but once they are, the fees are higher than most other 55+ active adult communities at around $400 per month.
