Edgestone is also a pretty amazing concept. Townhomes with a twist of Florida. Very cool amenities and some really good pricing!!

When do builders plan to start selling in Seaside community? Who are the builders?

Hi - are you referencing Seaaire the new Lagoon community?

Which of those communities have or will have 90 plus wide lots or 1/2 acre lots. Looking for a community where there is more than the 5-10 Ft spacing between homes.

Thank you for the immediate response, prefer new construction but I am amable to anything that is within 1-5 years old as well. I have been tracking Parrish since I arrived here in Jan 2022 and it has been growing at a fast pace. I work on MacDill so would rather stay closer to the West side of Parrish. Thank you

@@marlonvillacres8048 launching a video on Saturday. The neighborhood I live in is loaded with active military and Veterans and it seems like everyone is at MacDill. I’m a Navy Veteran myself, and love working with our Military!!!

Love Parrish, especially North River Ranch! The next mini Lakewood ranch. So where are the bigger home lots? For new construction. No lagoon for me, thanks. I want my own pool. Built by me on a nice big lot.

Nice Pool and Nice BMW!! you may really like this neighborhood I’m posting. it is in Lithia, 1/2-1+ Acre lots, everyone seems to have/want a pool, no CDD and no community pool.

@@livingintampatv thanks, hard to find something when we have a beautiful home and lot. If I could build the David Weekley Polluck or Terraglen model on half an acre min lot with pool and spa for 1 million or under that would be ideal. I love those two David Weekley models. Just one story no bonus room needed.

There are still many places in Florida that would be considered “still affordable” - but yes i agree, with skyrocketing prices over the last few years, we all wish we would have stocked up!!! the lifestyle here is amazing!

@@livingintampatv Yeah in the hood or trailer parks are still affordable. We are thinking of leaving Florida. I have a baby and another on the way. We are priced out of getting a home in a good school district. So I am looking for an internal transfer to Delaware or Jersey City where I will get a boost in pay and ironically will be able to afford housing.

It sounds like certain people want to isolate themselves from regular people, so go ahead. We want you to isolate yourself little do you know because you people are so prejudiced. People should live together that think the same, go ahead and put that price up high to keep certain people out.
