That’s 8- 11 minute section is Gold boys, some great feels and understanding Ian. Brilliant!! 🏴
This is very helpful to all of us who make use of training aids. You never know which ones are going to work until you buy them and then you have to send half of them back.
This training aid appears as if it will be great in that it will help to solve problems, and then if you use it for 5-10 swings before playing, it will put you in the groove. Guys, this video just typifies how good you two are together. This was wonderful to watch as it almost seems that you are reading each others minds or at least anticipating what your partner will refer to next. Fun to watch.
Young junior golfer just let me try this training aid...OMG! What a difference. I am 68 years young, started golfing during COVID. Fell in love with the sport. Game gets worse the more information I learn. So, I didn't understand the talk...when I tried this on and hit my first practice chip shot.. WHOA. An "ahah" moment happened. I am that too much slope, hit fat, too behind ball, hit fat, sway and then try to catch up, etc... So ordering this.!❤ Great video. Thank you. Diana
Mine arrived Monday. Tough first session but your explanation helped. Wasn’t sure about the feeling but you helped.
I’m just going to say, I’m a 2 handicap. Usually shoot in the mid to high 70s. I got my prosender today and spent an hour on the range before my round. Shot -1 for the day. Pretty crazy how much this thing works. Highly recommended

@@ohmyfungus5810 I think its great. (I dont usually use the Velcro ball) Wish I could play with it. It really improves my consistency with center strikes in an effortless way. I like to warm up a bit with it to groove the feeling in my right wrist and also start of with some nice confidence. Its helpful for me since I've always thought more about my left wrist through impact (maybe because im left handed swinging RH?). Cheers
This would be perfect for me as I struggle with my wrists. But I’m left handed and it’s already sold out
It’s very expensive but like Ian said it’s about the cost of 1 lesson…..ya I’ll be getting this aid
Is the angle adjustable as a lot of people have limited wrist mobility and may not be able the get the wrist flex shown
Gents, great review and comments about benefits of the training aid. I'm been playing for quite sometime now and was taught initially by my home pro father. He passed years ago but I remember many of the lessons and motions (definitely more feel player), but at times I struggle with the over the top (too steep) motion which results in pulls or fade/cuts. I'm trying to be better about shallowing the club earlier and was thinking this training aid may help me remember the feel of the wrist at the top and as I progress down and through the ball. Thoughts? Subscriber and very much appreciative of all the knowledge you gents impart. Thx.
What are those black beauty irons Mr. Ian is using? Black KBS shaft? I want some. Are they PXGs?
A adapted a Swingyde style golf trainer to do the same thing . I just put it on the back of the club in and bent it to the correct position . However it’s not that difficult to feel your right wrist being put into and maintaining extension even when you swing a club .

So do you try and keep your wrist bent back all the way through the swing up to contact in the ball, or do you want to straighten them out before contact.
I can't seem to stop coming over the top, is this something that could help get into right place to come more inside, need some advice
Another great video! Ian, were you surprised how high your launch angle was, given that the swing aid should help to promote shaft lean? Your launch angle appeared to be around 18.6%, compared to a PGA average of 16%. I struggle with keeping my launch angle down, which is not ideal when playing in the wind. I was interested in the ProSendr, but from what you have shown, it may not be the best thing to help get launch down....
I spent $20 for a half-hour lesson at the Golf & Travel show in Mississauga about a week ago. Found out I was coming WAY inside on my takeaway. I figured out how to get my lead wrist to "bow" vs "cup"... It's something I NEVER would have picked up on by myself. Best $20 I've spent on a golf related purchase hands down.
Thanks for the review guys. Can you comfortably do full swings with it? I have the Tour Striker Ball and you can only really do 3/4 shots.

It looks like it from what I've seen on social media, and I think it's designed with the full swing in mind to encourage a proper release of the wrists on the downswing
is this pretty much the same as the Greg Norman training aid that sort of locks in the right wrist angle?

Bought one. I don’t care much for the “Compression Sphere”/“Dog Toy”. The wrist brace does seem to be quite helpful in getting me some good feels for trail hand wrist position and when I have the right feel I compress the ball quite nicely. Best range session I’ve had in months. On the bad side of things I feel like it is overpriced for what it is although one could agree with Ian that the benefits are worthwhile in the long run. I’m also quite disappointed to see that after I spent $180 on this there are additional training videos that I’m expected to pay around $80 for. That’s an awful businesses model and is something that makes me want to return it just so they don’t get my money. It comes across as a bit dishonest IMHO

Depends on how you release the club. It’s not a one size fits all.
Ordered this and unfortunately it does not work for me. I can only gat about a 45 degree tilt of the hand and there is still a gap to the form so I can not get the feel needed for wrist set . I am a scratch player with 8 USGA championships and a State Senior Am title so the good news is that with enough foot work and hip movement forward I can get to solid impact. Wish there was a way to adjust the form angle for players like my that can not get a 90 degree back bend of the wrist.
I noticed this is exclusively used with irons. can it be used with the driver?
As far as training aids go, this one definitely makes the most sense. An aid that forces you into a movement (like the elastic elbow bands, as you guys mentioned) doesn't really help you. I'm going to order one.

I bought a Flex Clic, based on the video here. it was great for about a month, then slowly the sound of the click started to disappear, to the point where it could only be heard indoors with no other noise in the room. Now it only has a noise when it is at at 90 degree bend which most people cannot do. It was a waste of money in the end and Your Striker didn't seem bothered by it's failure.
I just got mine today and was warming up with it in my indoor league. I normally hit my 7i around 170 during the warmup time I was hitting it 186 to 190 (new PB). Then my drive was 299 on 3 swings, and my 5w was 250 to 260. Unfortunately, it didn't carry over to the match today, but I'm sure the more I use it, the more I will understand the feels.

You guys need to maybe categorize the trading aids and rate them in categories? Especially if the average golfer is looking to invest the kind of Monet these aids are asking for.
