Great video. Thank you! My wife and I are considering moving to San Antonio in 2025. Question about snakes: (She's super afraid of snakes.) I'm sure it depends what part of the area you live in....(we would probably not live in the outer parts of town where there is new construction). Based on your experience, how often do you see a snake? Is it something you see every day/once a week/once a month/a few times a year? Thanks for your info!

You should make content on the apartments. I want to move to the apartments downtown. I’m not sure which was best as far as distance and the area.

Don't forget the Comal River. I moved here last year, and I'm renting for now till the market levels out. I believe the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year will be potentially the time to start looking to purchase! Great Video!

Same here. I am planning to move there as a civilian. How much is the average rent for 1 person near Lackland AFB? I need an apartment that includes furniture etc.

I currently live in Virginia and was thinking of moving to Texas. Houston to be exact, I was also thinking of San Antonio but I think I may stay where I am and just move to a more lucrative part of Virginia. I don’t want to experience more crime or traffic. I’m also no fan of pests and critters.

Wait what? June July & August = summer?! You forgot September, October & sometimes early November! You also forgot to mention the HUMIDITY. Granted it’s not as humid as Houston but man o man does it get humid up in here!

The largest problem if living in San 9:44 Antonio was when the 2005 Hurricane Katrina Refugees who decided to stayed in San Antonio instead of returning to New Orleans. With majority of the New Orleans Katrina Refugees decided to stay in San Antonio and bring their gang affiliation with them, their illegal activities and criminal behavior with them. No part of the City of San Antonio is immune to the violence the Katrina refugees who have plagued the city. The children of the New Orleans refugees at times are worst then the parents. The crime and violence rate in San Antonio rose after the Hurricane Katrina Refugees took up residence in San Antonio. If you are NON-BLACK BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE MOST BLACK BELIEVE THEY HAVE BLACK PRIVILEGE WHILE BELIEVE THEY ARE ABOVE ALL NON-BLACKS!

SA lacks big time in diversity. Also if your single, you will not have alot of options , since majority of people have families or in some weird relationship they cant let go of. Cool to visit, but I wont live here.
