Yes, you can return but you will not get the travel allowance. You would have to cover your travel expenses for one trip (going back home and coming back to work next time) on your own.
Sir 14 days work karne ke bad agar Mumbai me hi rahana ho to accomodation milata hai kya for non executives ( junior engineer assistant)?

Mushkil hai, par possible hai ONGC colony me, generally koi aisa karta nahi. Par fir tumhe HRA (house rental allowance) nahi milega. Khud se le sakte ho kiraye pe Mumbai me Ghar and accordingly the company will pay HRA.

@@hitesh_sewani sir maine suna ki Mumbai me house rent pe lena bohot expensive hai par agr maine rent pe le liya to company pura rent degi ya basic pay ke % ke hisab se degi. And if I opt for ongc colony, then what are pros and cons over rented house? ( Although I don't care about HRA if I get good accomodation) thanks for your replies...
I hv selected in ongc is it best to go with ongc??? Because why u left ongc?? Is there any problem

It depends from person to person. OnGC is great. Although there are some positives and negatives. I had my own reasons for leaving primarily being that I wanted to go for higher studies.

Yes, 1 to 2 chemist per shift are mandatory, so yes, chances are there for chemists in offshore. Culture is great.
