Love the Northwest too, spent a year in Oregon as a child
The property taxes are horrible. Ours are going up $200 per year for the next 20 years, due to an the nearly 2 mill school. Totally unaffordable and we want out. It's basically wealthy people that can afford to live here. It sucks!

Neenah, to me, looks like a wonderful place to live. I will be visiting soon. I want to see if these Neenah folks are as friendly as you say they are.
