i agree our entertainment and live music venues are definitely a lack luster situation , been here 44 years myself in once rural malabar.. its getting way more crowded with bored folks...might be almost time for me to sell😉. and move back to the woods .

I totally agree and no more building condos along A1A. Maybe this year they can wipe them out so we can see the beach again

Good video. I've been using those fabric softener sheet that you put in a clothes dryer for love bugs. You lightly dampen them and rub those on the windshield or the grille and the chemical in those dissolves the bugs instantly. Then just wash them off. You may need to use a sponge but the the dryer sheets gets off 95% of it.

One of the cons should be the price of food is higher here than the northeast and mostly the house insurance. Mega high if you can even get it

Our kids now live in land o lakes FL, we would like to move end of next year sometime, possibly buy a townhome, I've heard horror stories, about roof repairs, ,mandatory flood insurance even if you're not in flood area, insurance companies jacking up prices on home insurance, double and triple, basically ripping people off, as hurricanes are something new in the area, also if you bring a $45k car tgat you recently bought in another state. When you move here you have to register UT in Florida and pay 6% tax on top of that. Which seems like total scam. why doesn't government DeSantis get involved and get a control on this mess, what are your thoughts on this.

Prices are out of control!!!!! It's crazy here

The stats say The cost of living is 4% less than the national average so you are not seeing that?

What if you want a few acres inland away from the crowds. It can be as much as an hour inland. I want the heat just not on top of people and a little space for a big garden. Can a few acres be found for less than 50k? They don’t have to be pretty. I can fix that.
