Being unmarried is not a problem. I have many married friends whose marriages I honor, and they honor me in return. I agree, however, that having friends who are not born-again is 100% a problem, and in direct violation of God's Word.

Lessons I learnt from the movie :- 1.) the idea of "suddenly" is deceptive and dangerous. In ministry, business...in life in general. Good things take time. Learn to be patient and wait on God to build you, don't try to build yourself 2.) Never EVER get involved in anything that wasn't't orchestrated by God and doesn't have God in it. 3.) Beware of Self, the "I" factor - you're not doing ministry for yourself, but for God and for His glory alone 4.) [The most important] The moment you realize that you have sinned, Repent IMMEDIATELY... don't wait to"think about it" as tomorrow or even the next minute might be too late. 5.) Make sure to examine your life and every action that you take - is it really for the Lord's glory?.... if so then it should be according to His will and His ways....and nothing else! God did not ask you to help him to do His work, so don't try to do things your own way. That's what I learned from this movie

So well coined, I would suggest you post it as a main comment on its own rather than simply a reply, so many more people would see it. It is so instructive, the revelation behind it. Just wow! Reminds me of the evil spirit that felt comfortable coming to the synagogue and seating through the sermons until JESUS showed up for service one sabbath and the spirit finally had to go because light had finally come, which always displaces darkness.

My Review for the movie "Prophet Suddenly" I totally give it to Laurel Olu-Egbor for acing her role as Miokukusese and arguably winning best actor in this movie. This movie is a blessing to the body of Christ. Leaving us with the question "If God does not give you, will you take it?" So many angles to look at this story from. "What is that thing of this world that we want and still want Jesus?" "I want to dress indecently but still want Jesus" "I want to be a corrupt politician, but still want Jesus" So many lessons to pick from this very inspiring movie. The Prophet's wife- Is it okay to say she was weak? What could have been expected of her at such instance? I would say, not noticing the difference in her husband's sudden prophetic gift, mode of prayers, attitude of pride etc before she became known as "first lady" showed signs of weak discernment. Things changed that night her husband came back home running in with stories of robbery and that night was too significant to not note it as a transition point. The Prophet : May we not desire anything more than God. So sad how the seemingly fallow desires of this man Michael was what the enemy played on. You see a lady on the road consistently, she tells you something no one would randomly say 'Go to your wife who is starving you', receptionists can't see who you are walking with but your ego is too fragile to permit this probing. Same ego played out when he was embarrassed by the words of wisdom by Apostle Arome which led him to lose his only son and church members. When God says DIE TO FLESH, these are the issues and more, God help us. CK: Why would a married man hang out with a single man till late and his wife never saw any wrong and even entertained it? Why also would anyone know you better than your wife? As was in the case of Michael CK was bad company. So strange that someone with CKs thought patterns was the person Michael chose to hang around with, preaching the sermon of fidelity. It's easier to be pulled down than to pull someone up. If you have no strength to pull up, jejely step aside. So many angles to the movie I have not touched, but overall... This is a breakthrough to our gospel movies. Thank you for making it real, thank you for not holding back, and oh! I cannot forget! Apostle : I don't know who would have done better with this role. Great demeanor, loving heart for Christ. It was how he cast out the demon without raising his voice and fire burned her for me. To anyone scrolling through the comments yet to decide whether to see this movie or not, I highly recommend. It took me months, I resisted watching the movie and then one-day last week my fingers clicked and I watched. Every believer needs to watch this movie and ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes. Days later I had an encounter which I may not narrate here. Until you encounter certain things, the phrase "Life is Spiritual" will remain an illusion and you may continually live casually even as a tongue-speaking believer. Holy Spirit, I ask that you do the work, for everyone the movie will bless their Christian work and walk with our Lord Jesus the Christ, put that nudge, an irresistible nudge for them to watch it in the name of Jesus the Christ. Most modern translations now use sexual immorality. There is no hebrew or Greek work in the bible which was translated as fornication. If you know let me have it. I just watched this movie for the very first time in my life and it just stirred me to pray more. I just heard a loud cry in my spirit and desiring more the spirit of discernment. Ohh thanks be unto God. I have always desire to be in ministry and I have patiently been waiting. I believe that submitting under a man that is truly lead by the spirit of God is what as young ministers we ought to do. Also our prayer life must improve. Consecration and holiness must be our life. Hunger for God's word must increase together with fasting. I believe as young preachers, this is the formula we need. Thank you Lord Jesus. Every christian ought to watch this movie.

There are a lot of lessons to learn from this great movie. Here’s a few: 1) Don’t be too thirsty for power, wealth, fame. Wait on God wholeheartedly and he will direct your path. 2) Avoid immortality at all cost. Watch the friends you move around with. Be prayerful. In other words, be spiritually hot so that you don’t fall. 3) Be careful of the churches/ “men of God” you follow. Pray for a discerning spirit. 4) Pray for your partner always. Pray together too. If one partner yields to the enemy, then the home will be in trouble. 5) Don’t be to busy making money or doing other things that you don’t have time for God. If Michael motives were right and he was in constant fellowship with God there’s no way he could have made the costly mistake.

This is a sad reality which is not privy to most Christian women. She is meant to be a helpmate and who better teach and help her in the role than the Holyspirit. The man is the spiritual head but God in his wisdom gave him a helpmate. The head still needs the neck to help direct the it’s movement.without the neck the head will be static and will not have direction. And a wife will be successful in this ministry with the help and leadership of the Holy Spirit.

Watching this movie has made me realize how important it is not to be desperate about things, the kind of friends to have and the importance of the spirit of discernment in one's life It is an eye opener and a pure revelation of what is going on in churches now. This is how a movie is supposed to be, with great, amazing and good moral lessons that helps shape and strengthen the Church to become better, most importantly, we the ministers to be careful of what we called Ministry. We grew up when the original Church of Antioch, Corinth, etc. had been perversed. All we knew of Church is holy Maria holy Maria until when a few search the scriptures and brought out the true power of God, we who saw power only in Satan's kingdom believe it is from Satan. Moses produced a snake, but Pharaoh also snakes, produced his. In the end, that of Moses destroyed Pharaoh's. This movie is two-way. No fr the ending made me really sad even though his actions led to it

This was not just a movie this is real life for so many…After watching this I began to weep because I was in a ministry that was a cult for 5 years and if it wasn’t for Jesus I would have lost my mind BUT GOD snatched me out of there REAL QUICK and He delivered, forgave and healed me!!! I began crying out for those who in these situations and they feel as though they can’t be freed or scared to leave! Thank you for this eye opening message and I pray that many will be saved, delivered and freed in Jesus name!!

I am a whole American who moved to Nigeria and the things I have seen since living here only God can explain these things, My country is so blind to these things I pray this movie become anchor deep and spread wide and far for my country is suffering from strong demonic forces and I will fully oblige with the holy spirit to get my people to wake up. I’ve been considering making the same move but God allowed me to take note of the strange witchcraft and practices of the nation before I made my decision. He told me if I were to move anywhere in Africa I would need to increase my prayer life and supplication to sustain.

This movie deserves an award. It explains the full details of an occult prophet. I would often hear these pastors chanting some words that I didn't understand. I love the part in the movie, where the so called "prophet suddenly" was prophesying with the drummer killing it at the background😂. It's almost like that of apostle suleman. But great work guys!. I cried after watching this movie. I am from the west. America. We are so ignorant concerning the things of the spirit. We cannot tell the difference between divination and true prophecy and go with every "miracle" deeming it of God. I thank you for this teaching. This movie is really great! I thank the Lord for such a timely message such as this... There are a few points I'd like to make about the movie; The first thing I observed in this movie is the fact that the devil took advantage of the couple's loopholes ranging from the wife's refusals for intimacy with her husband to her husband's lust for ministerial power; this combo led to catastrophe...the devil used marital dissatisfaction as an entry point into this family...oh! least I forget, there were other loopholes like missing church services, discussing marital issues with a third party. Another thing that really got to me in this movie is the fact that the familiar spirit was quite patient...she wasn't in a hurry, she kept staying by the way not minding his initial refusal. That alone spells out loudly just how insistent the devil is....there are many more things to glean from the movie...many more!!!

I am glad I watched this movie I wish it came out before I got in a cult 12 years ago. This is what happens in these occultic churches. It’s all about the prophet “man of god” than it is about God. We bow down to the so called prophet, the prophet prophesies about people’s names house ,addresses, even their under-wears things that won’t advance the Kingdom of God. The sacrifices are so accurate, people die mysteriously, people can just step on each and die and naive people would think that it was supposed to happen but no. Even car accidents and even their children, there is a well known false prophet that recently lost his child and people think that it was supposed to happen but those that know they know what is going. I just pray that this stops. I pray that these people lose hunger for fame and power because a lot of people get hurt along the way. They deceive millions of people into these occult churches and they have so much pride exalting themselves above Jesus, bragging about how they didn’t make an announcement about a service but the church is full because these spirits that they use draw crowds. Father in the name of Jesus Christ May you please save Africa from these False Prophets and open our spiritual eyes.

Praying this will go viral and reach the Body of Christ in all four corners of the world. This was powerful with so many jewels worth having to make sure Jesus is our focus in all areas.

Indeed, the Winlos are underrated!!! This movie is well-scripted. The cinematography is top-notch. I started watching it casually, but couldn't stop till I reached the last scene. An adrenaline-pumping masterpiece! Not to be watched alone at Night. Above all, the movie is packed with many lessons for young ministers and the body of Christ at large. God does not raise "Prophets Suddenly"! Every genuine prophet of God must stay under incubation, waiting for the "Kairos" of his showing forth.
