Too expensive the original seller probably sold it overpriced to the foreign guy thinking its cheap.

Just curious...is that glass window are all typhoon proof....?

I've seen this property before and truly all of the things he's done like the plumbing, putting up the aluminum windows, painted the rooms etc. is true. But the price of 36M is way too far from the price when he bought it including the renovations and improvements. Surely the intention here is renovate and sell... not bad for an investment though.

For a risky investment considering it near Taal Volcano, the asking price is way too high. Taal Volcano is prolly the primary reason why this is being sold, the owners were probably traumatized by volcano's recent eruption.

Yeah i agree, that house don’t cost 36M. Just look at flooring ceiling and windows. That don’t cause that much.

Absolutely ridiculous price for the Philippines

My friend Henry just bought a property that was 1000 square-foot more with a better view in Vietnam for half the price. You can find one like this in Thailand for about $100,000 less than what they're asking for in the Philippines. This is Highway robbery. Don't be a sucker!
