@@ShAsif I really appreciate your response. Actually I'm confused because law is not clear about category A properties under 5 marla. I would request you to please make video on this subject because information is very limited on internet. As per govt website exemption applies on "Residential houses constructed on a land area less than 5 Marla other than locality of category A" Please share your opinion. I will be very grateful for the knowledge sharing. Jazakallah
