fbr is not a punitive or punishment court .they can impose penalty and cannot take away basic rights of citizens . cummunication is part of fundamental rights of citizen

fbr general order is not legal .... fbr is not a court and cannot take away rights of communication of individual . this lawyer opinion is conceptually incorrect as fbr can impose extra penalty on non filers but cannot pass an order to take away right of breathing eating communication and movement of an individual unless tried in courts ,

We respect your feedback but FBR exercised his power under the law which was passed by the parliament and now part of the ito2001 Any objections any citizen knock the door of supreme court in CP We prepare the lecture in good faith Our videos based on Law not on sentiments The law also allows that if a citizen does not pay his dues or taxes, the government can collect his dues by confiscating or auctioning his property This is only a mobile blocking order.
