Propellerclock - Ring Of Fire
This Video shows my Propeller Clock with the "Ring Of Fire" visualizing the actual clock seconds.
This project is from 2009 and you won't find many informations about it today. I've found some details on www.mikrocontr...

I used to have one that I bought from a store in the early 90's... it had a remote and it was about 18 inches in diameter and enclosed in plastic.. the remote would control the message, the design of the clock (different faces and animations), and the on/off.. I'm glad these are coming back... good job!
I like this clock because you cannot hear it ticking.

Maybe not but maybe you can se that clock flying away 😁😁
Wow, this is perfect. These guys thought about all the details; the seconds, when you power it off, it shrinks to the left, etc. Perfect timing for all the details involved.
That’s an awesome clock 🕰
damn now thats a blend of precision engineering and precision programing
faszinierend 😁 Wurde mir eben mal wieder auf der Startseite vorgeschlagen 😎
Wow, this is so cool! I'd love to do a story about it for INSIDER. Is it alright if I use your footage for the story? - Jacob
The turning on looks cool
beautiful clock
at least it won't need alarm as you wont be getting to sleep next to that

It's random white noise. It can even help you find some sleep if you have insomnia

and clock can work as a fan as well
This is way to cool it's like a hologram clock
Coolest I have seen yet
Very very good!! Congratulations for invention!
That is frickin amazing. I want one on my nightstand to act as a fan-clock. Lol awesome
is so cool! congratulations man! Can you share more details about the project, like the circuit design? Thanks
fucking love the way it starts up and aligns itself
if you see this as an engineer of the 70's it's a wonder well done science I'm so proud ;)
put in in a nice bit of casing and you my friend have yourself a product!
Nice startup. Well done.
So cool! Looks nothing like an alarm clock but a soldered chunk., until it flowers to life. I don't know why, I want to put my finger between the center and "3"
It's fascinating!
Love the way it turns ON and OFF
Here we go again 😁
This is beautiful good job
fantastic
"what time is it?" let me turn my tractor on"
I like how it looks when it's accelerating!
Dude, thats cool!
Alarm clocks won't let you sleep in the morning, this kind of clock will never let you sleep
Wow!!! ... Now you have a Clock and Electric Fan all in one...
awesome yaar...superb.....
That's so awesome i like it...
that is some awesome calculations bro grt work (y)
I like this cause you can feel a breeze when looking at the time
Has science come too far ?!
There is hidden art in every engineering product, and at last it is coming out to be appreciated by non engineering personnel!!
thats so sick.
Very cool
when it turns on it drastically changed background
Very nice
MARAVILLOSO
You may adjust the circuit's position to use this as a fan in summer too. Pretty convenient.
Genius Guy!!
great work man
very nice :D
Very nice 😉
its purpose is not being a clock, its just a cool project. thats what i think.
Add fan blades on the back and you've got yourself a FanClock!
muy buena idea claro que es sólo el comienzo piensa su uso de aqui a 2 años wauuu lo desarrollas bien y te haces multimillonario suerte eres capo!!
Good design
Cool! A fan and a clock at the same time. Sounds like my power generator though. Try putting that on your night stand next to you. It also requires a lot of energy thus it's not a very green design.
This is so freaking cool!! :O
You connect it to a PC and write a program which turns leds on/off according to PC clock.
superb
:O Its a new type of store name boards then not bad
a clock that does not tick tock it roars
best animation
NICE !
it is so so so amagin i heartly say that i m realy impressed
wow it's so cool :-o
That is sweet.
Koooool,thanks a lot for sharing ;-)
and bonus, its not loud at all.
that is so epic!!
I would love to have that...
I always wonder what a hologram would feel like *touch* hey, my finger dissapeared!
What motor did you use in this build? I've seen a good amount of POV machines, and most of them have an unstable motor, while yours' so steady and stable. Great job, btw.
wow.. amazing! I want one!!
This is fucking awesome!! Genius
That is friggin' awesome! You gotta do a tutorial vid on this! I'm sort of surprised the PCB can handle the torque, tho.
Amazing!
It's simple enough just to have the stripe of LEDs on the spinning chip blink very quickly in the correct sequence to get that image, no external projection required.
sehr cool!!!
Best clock in the world
You can sleep... Until you reach for the "snooze" button, in which you explain to the doctor how you got defingerated when you pressed snooze. Roflmao. That aside, this is fucking amazing. O_O
Imagine this next to your bed at night, reaching for the snooze button could be risky too..
0:00-0:16 That is extremely cool.
amazing!
wery naise your wwarking no gerking ant neetly disaining. am, wery happy to waching this video am frem india thanks sir
I think in the dark it looks much clearer
Nice prop fan, but man is it noisey. I wonder how the air noise could be reduced?
Oh hey, can you turn the fan on? Mind blown.
good stabilization
yeah that it is very cool.
I'd buy it!
This thing can act as a fan....
FRiend plz tell me the construction and and kit details where it is available in VSKP plz friend i want to do it in my clg project
Creo que es la linea que marca los segundos. La que aparace en el diametro del reloj.
Hi Marcellino, This is lovely, awesome can you please share the Circuit and the code.
Esta historia se repite , igual q el 1º televisor, q era ruidoso y aparatoso ...
That is sooooooo awesome..would you please show us how to do this
if you are not up to date then i will tell you. You can buy a silent PC fan and use it it don't make any noise when is rotating
muy muy muy bueno me gusta
if works also like a fun for summer time it will the best ever !!!!
liked ur project.... iwanna ask...how u set the program according to the position... as the 1 is always at the top irrespective of rpm of motor
pretty damn cool!
Hello there! Could I get this video featured in a video I am producing? It's about the Electric Universe, the works of many great minds such as Buckminster Fuller, Walter Russell, Gurdjieff, etc. It's about the Language of Light, Frequency and Form. This video is really interesting because it shows the nature of the optical illusion of stability and form in light motion.
Also, I'm very curious how you got the power into it. Some sort of slip contacts?
That's a loud ass clock man
Thumbnail made me think it was a giant tower in the horizon
