Breadfruit trees are a GREAT staple crop in the tropics, except they don't really produce seed. So we have to propagate them in other ways, by air layering or through root cuttings.
In this video I show you how to propagate ULU by root cuttings. It is a simple process but requires time, but when you're done you have fruit trees that can feed a village or sell for a lot of money.

Can you please do a video of caring for and growing ulu? I brought one but I live in south Florida and it’s suffering 😢 most of the leaves fell off and the tree is looking stressed. I don’t know what to do

I should be visiting the Big Island some time in June, and wanted to go around and look at people’s farms/homesteads up close….would it be possible to get your contact email/info??? Thanks!

Just like any plants, keep the soil moist, here in East Hawaii I barely water by hand
Good fuh you but I'd put those newly transplanted plants in a more shaded area
