Context: Bear was begging for a ranked battle/ft10 on my stream. I accept the ft10 and I was nearly 10-0d twice in a row. Already from the very first duel I noticed that his reads were sus so I call him out for autoparry. This immediately led to me receiving a huge shitstorm from every single viewer in my stream, my haters, fans, randoms were all shittalking me and telling me I was coping + calling me a loser. I took the most sus clips from the stream and put it together into this vid. What do you think? is Bear autoparrying in this? yes or no?

It's not conclusive or indicative. If you feel there's good belief that he's auto-parrying then he must have other clips of doing the same stuff. One day of duels aren't gonna be enough to peg him as a cheater.

@@hatcheet9555 Keep in mind almost all of us aren't pros like you so we won't be able to see it unless it's whacked into the side of our head. I'm a part of that camp. I don't see anything so clear as day that would make me believe he was cheating. This all said you wouldn't accuse him of cheating if you yourself weren't sure of it. I mainly said that there ought to be other clips of him doing auto parry if he is indeed using auto parry to help corroborate ignorant folk like me you're right. If there is something clear as day, I need it to be pointed out to me, otherwise, I'd need to compare various clips of Bear doing sus stuff to be able to confidently agree with you. Still, I'm seriously sus about him almost 10-0'ing twice without something fishy going on. I know nothing about Bear so there may be more context to make it even more likely to be the case. Just a lay man's opinion.

@@Raztavi Ye I understand. If you are having a hard time telling how this is most likely autoparry in these clips then look at the timings of his parry. Every single parry here is nearly frame perfect. Not only is every parry late/frame perfect, but he also does not chamber at all. I have some of the best reading in this game but even I and every other top tier player does not read like that

2 days ago bear told me to commit suicide, i dont appreciate that behaviour, one should never encourage people to commit suicide, also if you have it in your heart to treat another human being like that then there is a very high chance he is also a cheater since he has revealed that he has sociopathic tendencies, and being a cheater is in alignment with such a personality

the fact that he's not crouching or leaning back to hard read those morph stab feints means that he is not afraid at all of taking a hit so yea it looks suspicious. you can't hard read like that without moving.

Bear doesn't even chamber to the good side in those duels, i've heard he never leanback so how can you 20 - 0 a pro player and use just half the mechanic of the game, hard reading everything without moving your body it's simply because he is cheating. unnatural parry timing and massive parrybox doesnt get more obvious than that, same cheat as rat and thor. funny how he never used to ft10, want to play in tourneys and since the last 2 months hes going around asking everyone for ft10s. i didnt see him be good at a single game yet, trashcan tier on fps too. also as far as i saw the only ones defending him in your chat are gamebanned cheaters, the same as with rat. irrelevant opinions.

Yep these parries are too sus. No top player in the game can read like this, not only that but his parries are like this for the entire 2 ft10s which is why the score is nearly 10-0.

Hatchet, with all due respect to your good taste in music in your tage vids (gesaffelstein) - he does not do perfect parries consistently, sometimes it varies a few milliseconds. These reads look sus AF, but ever since I saw what Louie does, what Giru did and what Stooty does, it doesn't seem improbable. For the true review You should show tracers n shiet to see the polearm swing zone, because people mostly parry polearms at the beginnng rather that at the end of their closure. If he 10/0d you then sure, this is autoparry because people are (mostly) not machines, but if not then you are just pissy and maybe angry.

I'm not a fan of Bear, very condescending person. But got to say, hard to really see any foul play here. Just looks like he had a good day/feeling it. Edit: Everyone is ego stroking here based on “He never lost to bear before, so he must be cheating now” biggest cope ever. Just because someone is parrying all of your attacks doesn’t equate to cheating, or if you demolish them one day for them to come back then next to beat you. I’ve played comp in many games besides just Mordhau and don’t call cheats likely unless I have hard evidence. This isn’t hard evidence, you’re slowing down clips showing his parries and reads? Oh wow such cheats. By that logic you’re cheating, you manage to read most swing manip. I was trying to have a more reasonable take but if you want to surround yourself with conformation biases then go ahead :)

But bear didn't fall for a single feint in this. If by "Falling for a feint" you mean commited to an attack when Hatchet was faster than him on the release, then yes you'd be right. This only points to autoparry even more. Autoparry parries frame perfect as a swing should hit you. The issue is that then you rely on autoparry to parry for you and you swing when you think that you have the advantage. Bear swung thinking that he would beat hatchet off of the back of the feint, and that if he didn't attack first, that autoparry would catch the attack, basically going for an accel for the case that he beats hatchet with his timing, or catches Hatcher's own accel with the autoparry. Basically, this is sloppy and isn't a call that someone that is legit would make. Anyways, 10-0 someone that's higher ranked than them with this sloppy execution of a fight. Now also, mechanically, the game screwed over bear, since him having autoparry means that it parries when he's about to get hit automatically, he played sloppy thinking that it would make up for his recklessness, but there is a small window where you are engaged in your swing, but you have no damage hitbox yet. So what happened is that hatchet got the overhead in first, and got in this no damage hitbox status. By that points you can't feint and you can't parry unless you hit someone beforehand. So by the time that hatchet got into the engaged no damage swing, bear was entering it just after him. This resulted in bear, late on the accel, unable to block because he was commited to the overhead and late compared to hatchet. Had he not been relying on autoparry and been a decent player, he wouldn't have tried this shit that got him hit. He probably would have chambered it instead.
