I mean, they are renovating. The possibility of a person hanging out and trying to freak people out is real. The lights in the video looked absolutely like flashlights / colored lights at the end. I believe in otherworldly things, but these didn’t seem like that.
@kleeblattchen38

additionally a lot of the supposed "flashes" "lights" "figures" look like they could be window reflections to me...
I wonder how much of this is people sneaking into the hotel and going around because I feel like that happens a lot. Some of those definitely looks like people with flashlights. Some are really weird though, and that fire is kinda creepy.

Yes, there are several stories online of people who paid the security guards (before it turned into social housing) to explore around, and one group claimed to have paid $500 to spend the night there. Saying that though, I do believe the place is haunted but maybe some of it can be explained by people being let in.

@Claire Ashley It's been the Stay on Main since 2007. It closed down in 2017. Supposedly the low income housing was completed at the end of 2021 but that part certainly isn't called the Stay on Main. Where do you see the option to make a reservation for the public side since no one else seems to be able to find it?

You can't tell me there aren't homeless people in there at night. Some do have cell phones(mystery lights) and I'm pretty sure they will be looking out the windows from time to time.

Ok, that took a lot of time and effort to do all these circles, zooms, added comments to read, to search out each incident, and them to edit it all. Thank you for all the hard work! ❤
If the security guards wanted to have a good time, they could have set notifications for when you were live streaming. Then they could go flip on lights and run around with a sheet over their heads. Maybe even hold up scary notes they wrote. Probs would get fired. But would be pretty funny.
Wow! All this amazing evidence! Thank you for making this video and doing the live streams. Be careful and protect yourself from harmful energies.
If someone with all the answers were to tell us Cecil Hotel wasn't haunted, some still wouldn't believe them. Us as humans always want to find out more, even when there is no more to be found. It's just how we are.

It may be far fetched, but is it possible that some things are reflections from the building opposit of it? When for example people have their lights on at home. When do most things happen? Maybe with a certain amount of light on a time of day/night? I really do think unexplained things are going on!
Damn it, Peet. Your intro scared the bejesus outta me before I even watched the video, ffs!!! I just turned my volume all the way up and holy hell! 😂 Still love you, my guy.
I adore you & your mama .. you are awesome human beings & love your energy .. keep shining 🌟🙏🏼❤️

Hi Pete I love your vids! It’s so sad that a lot of people died there 😢
I came from tiktok im obsessed with the cecil, with you and your apartment's view 😂
Love your Cecil videos, Peet. Have you met Greg Samsa who currently lives there? He’s really interested in the history of the building too.
I see you made the news-SMART NEWS AND DAILY MAIL!!!! Congrats!!! Mama must be so proud!!! She is lucky to have you!! Spirits do exists. I grew up in a 1700’s house, from the Revolutionary war. We saw them, heard them, and lived with them until I left at 17. I’m 68, and still sleep with night lights, awake at every noise, and am afraid of the dark. Funny thing, the ghosts didn’t care if lights were on or not, or if it was day or night, inside the house or outside in the woods. I remember the priest refusing to bless the house and leaving. Everyone who came into our home was aware of them. Until my teens, I thought everyone lived with spirits!!! Join a paranormal team in your spare time. You would enjoy it. The UK, Scotland and Ireland have some fantastic castles, and Ireland has the faes( fairies), in the woods. Travel channel has shows from overseas, contact those groups, you would do well on TV!! Stateside we have great places too, old hotels, haunted breweries, etc. See the Stanley hotel!!! Make your own group and travel about, maybe TV will pick up your show.

just to update everyone, i actually got to work there today to offer health care services for the tenants living there. 8/24/2023. These tenants living they’re must be homeless and have section 8 vouchers. Some tenants said it’s pretty creepy but most staff warned that you have to be more aware of the homeless living there rather than the paranormal 😳

yea i wonder if the "creepy hauntings" are from the renovators or maybe ghost hunters? or sometimes homeless people sleep in abandoned or empty buildings?
I remembered when I showed my mom this channel and she became obsessed with it-
Dude I would be terrified living next to the Cecil! Number one cause of all the sick people that have gone there or poor people who have died but also because boy your giving away your location!!!! I do love the Cecil videos though, I have to admit😂
Can you imagine not knowing a thing about its history and going to stay there then randomly googling it at night while not there and learning about it? Then realizing you are in the room someone died because they probably can give that room only to those who have no idea or go there to film a ghost. I wouldn’t have moved the next day probably unable to sleep and I don’t even believe in ghosts, still creepy.
0:31 I got a heart Attack💀
Seeing a light flicker in your own home is scarier than watching a horror movie with all the lights off-
Next to my school is a abandoned hospital (where i was actually born in) and the front door is sometimes open and sometimes closed. There are often windows being opened or closed. I think this is a common thing, that people are entering a closed building, either for excitement or, because they are homeless and want to spend the night there. I think it ist just even more extreme in Hotel Cecil, since it has such an reputation.
Pete 😮 that's very scary 😳 you're brave enough to STAY 👀 IN THAT NOTE BE SAFE 🙏

Peet, I loved all your Cecil videos! I miss them, too. I would keep that apartment forever! But as a fan of paranormal investigations I know you need to try to debunk your evidence to know that there is no logical natural explanation for your evidence. I think you captured urban explorers or homeless people with flash lights with photography flashes and occasionally peeking out the windows. Having said that , I do believe that the hotel is haunted. And I do love a good scare, whether the cause is natural or paranormal. I wish you could do more. ❤
