They said if you are feeling comfortable with this..you can continue till menopause with this .and if discomforts starts or it bleeds abnormall you should come for a check up..now i am in my irregular periods..it bleeds heavily..my doubt is that this is because of menopause stage or of uterus prolapse. HSG is a dye test meant to check patency of the tubes alone. But, during the test, the doctor or radiologist performing it will surely notice the prolapse if it is there.

Ovarian torsion is a dangerous condition. It can lead to gangrene and loss of the ovary. If it is confirmed torsion of the ovary, it can be fixed by sutures so that it does not twist on its axis. The operation is called oophoropexy and is done laparoscopically.

Between 2 & 3. If you are below 40, a uterus preserving surgery is best. Above 40 and family completed, then Hysterectomy by Laproscopy is a wise choice.

Please confirm if it is a Uterus or Bladder prolapse. In either case, it is better to consult a gynaecologist as it is quite risky to have a pregnancy if it is the case.
