This is the kind of short piece that has you buzzing as soon as it stops. It’s like “Yup, it’s suddenly over”, and you’re like “what?. Huh?”. Cuz it was so hypnotizing.

I think its some kind of exam pieces so not really specifically for us but for himself because those pieces are hard so its not like la fille aux cheveux de lin that most above average pianists will a'vista so youre wrong

I really like your interpretation! very balanced and at a nice tempo, I've heard too many recordings where it is really rushed or where performers just do not follow the written dynamics and use too much pedal.

I love the way you express yourself with the piano. How about the Liszt Sonata in b-Minor? That would be pretty amazing. I think this is one of the greatest pieces ever written for the piano, but its so unknown and underrated.

I PLAYED THIS PIECE BEFORE AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH but I learned it at the same time as the previous piece, op 12 no 6... named "Legend", and definitely less traditional sounding :P my teacher also told me to think about the middel section as like ballet dancers all pointy-toed and accurate but also very sweet and graceful :)

I'm late to the party but the guy who got 1st place in my grade 6 exam many many years ago played this and I only very recently found out what it's called lol and this is such a nice playing of it!
