It is if ur sterring wheele is out of adjustment and it blocks ur speedometor

@@XALIFE2005 yeah there's no comfortable way to sit where my speedometer isn't blocked by the steering wheel. It's unfortunate and the only downside to my favorite vehicle.

@@CharlieLOL i know mine needs adjusted when i first bought my vic it blocked the speedomitor but we had to change the upper steeribg shanf and that got it almost perfect so all i have to do is an alinement

I'd like to have it for my 1981 cutlass project I have a digital dash in it, of course it's not obd II any idea how it would work on older cars??
