The problem seems to be that you are lacking structure in there, if I was building it, I think my preferred method would be to get some box tube and build the B-pillar out of that, and get the structure completely there before trying to make the door perfect, It is gonna be a custom door either way, so having the structure there to mount it to, getting it swinging without anything flopping, then worrying about the skin would be the order of operations. I am looking forward to seeing what you do with this, it is a hard job to figure all this out, if you get it done right, it will be a very cool truck!

Yeah when doing the inner rocker panels I added some more supports there's no more issues now

Nice work! Appreciate the trick with the coat hanger. Pretty cool how you are getting those cabs together. Sometimes you just gotta go big!

I wouldn't think of replacing the factory rockers at least wait until they are stripped of paint to see what you have there.

I done mine in 1996 . But I raised the roof in the back to look like a Vovo semi.

It's the roof line on a intracle cab sleeper they done back in the mid 90 The 60 Chevy trucks with the windshield set back from the cap roof line . That were 1960 to 1963 are the best cabs with less wind noise .

The engine bay on those trucks has also been extended for the 702 V 12's.

Conversion companies did and they are hard to find when you do find them they're all rusted out for more money than I want to spend I decided to build my own exactly the way I want it. thanks for the comment!
