Thanks Dhruv Rathee this video help me in solving a question in CDS 2 2023 held on 3 September Sunday. Was asked about the origin of the name of the word Cheetah

Great video. You showed naturalist Valmik Thapar at 1:02. I didn't watch this interview, but watched another one he had given to Sarah Jacob at NDTV when these cheetahs were brought to India. He had mentioned various reasons why it was a bad idea. A key reason among them was African cheetahs need African Savanaah type grasslands, which have vast open grassland type spaces. Kuno national park with it's forest was never a suitable habitat. Indeed this whole thing was a giant PR exercise and these cheetahs are paying with their lives.

I'm an animal lover and I truly feel their pain, if the problems mentioned in the video are resolved we can see amazing spikes in these animal's breeds and project can be a success❤

Hope is not ended Good to see that someone is trying to protect these innocent animals. We need teachers like Dhruv so that we can understand the beauty of nature with these animals.

We still observe more than 12 cheetah around hilly areas of kathmandu

@@mohitrawat5149 thats right but we cant deny the fact that some cheetah,not all, they move around for prey, for spaces they need,in search of thick forest areas,etc.

You were spot on about the PR agenda behind bringing cheetahs to India. As usual, a lack of attention to detail and a lack of political will is evident behind the deaths of the cheetahs. The tightly fitted collars are visible through the video.

Currently, I am in class 10th. And I am studying the chapter of geography that is Forest an wildlife. This video is directly connected to that Chapter.❤

Trying Without planning.. trying without proper training,.. trying without direction is completely futile,..😢😢.. just like without proper planning modi enforced demonetization which was a complete blunder ,.. no black money got recovered by that😢😢.. instead we had to spend 3000CR money to reprint new notes.. ...Hence you lose the money you lose the hope you lose the effect

@@Health_Vigyan Being the citizen of that country you may know better brother, but being an outsider my POV and I'm sure rest of world's is that India is emerging as one of the biggest economy in the world. Being a Muslim I am not a fan of Modi or BJP either but India is certainly progressing main reason could be political stability unlike in Pakistan . Whatever projects Modi plans he has time to execute them despite all the corruption.

India is also suffering from huge "unemployment" issue- it is one of the main issue that citizen of India currently going through, .. Employment rate is - 8.1 ,that means out of 100 people only 8 people has employment,..It is even below then Bangladesh,..India is behind in terms of "happy index" and "hunger index",...As far as hunger index is concerned Bangladesh is ahead than India that means Bangladesh is providing more food to their citizens India is lacking to provide food to their citizens,...😰

India has many national forests in each state of india. They could try in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, andra, kerala, assam, odisha, meghalaya, manipura and maharastra forests also with cheetha mitra team devinding 2 pair of cheetha in each state by doing proper study of forest area by giving proper instructions to lacal people

Sir you would be proud that apke videos hamare school mein aur hamare area ke bohot sare school mein dikhaiya jata hai ❤

I think bringing the Cheetahs back is a step in the right direction. If the management keeps the political aspect aside, the cheetahs might survive and increase in numbers. Just like the Tiger population has increased, I pray the same for cheetahs 🙌🏻
