I hope someone creates the smart gun. That would be fun killing imps on the ceilings and walls with the auto tracker. Or better yet Ripley's pulse rifle flamethrower combo with grenade launcher that would be cool. Also, from aliens vs predator 2, I would like to see that grenade launcher that not only had prominty mines but this special spider mine that would travel and target a enemy.

Too elegant for using it against demons, doesn't make enough gore.

I think that if you visit www.realm667.com/en/repository-18489/armory-mainmenu-157-97317/doom-style-mainmenu-158-94349#preview-4 you will find AK47. It's the last weapon on the first row. I checked it and it is just like Assault Rifle from Brutal Doom. The only problem is that it doesn't have a scope view.

The Unmayker looks cool, but I wish it had a spread attack like the fully upgraded Unmayker!

I'm sorry to bother you but I really don't understand how to fix this issue: I downloaded the gearbox addon, but I can't freeze time while selecting weapons. I try to check the correct option, but the only one frozen is me and the monsters are free to roam, what am I missing?

Oh okay, I had some similar issues with load orders as well. I just had to move then all around, or load one at a time till i found the one causing issues.

Martinoz, how can you load custom weapons ? I tried to drag and drop them with Project Brutality 3.0 over GZDoom and it didn’t work…. Project Brutality 3.0 loads up but without the custom weapons.

Dont drag and drop, it's a quite useless method. Use ZDLauncher or smth similar.

the maps in which you test the weapons is a single wad? or are they different? and can you send me the name of the map? or only the one at 11:44 and also if all those weapons that are shown have been improved? because when I play doom I can't find most of those weapons and if I find them they will disappear from my inventory or a PROJECT BRUTALITY weapon will disappear I am using translations so if it is understood more sorry

It needs a bolt gun from 40k

Even though it was supposed to be a joke weapon, I feel like the DOOM 3 Shotgun was not given enough justice. It is actually very deadly when in close range (it could kill a Hell Knight in 8 or even 6 shots) and... why would you expect a shotgun to deal a lot of damage when your enemy is far away from you? It isn't a sniper rifle. I think that a lot of complaints about this particular weapon come from people who tried to use this gun as something that it is not supposed to be. Besides, if you are really annoyed by how wide its spread angle is, you can lower it by redacting DOOM 3's config files. It is pretty easy to do.

Why would you expect a shotgun to deal a lot of damage when your enemy is far away from you? Well, because that's what a real shotgun does. The pellets don't spread out all that far. Ever tried clay pigeon shooting? They spread out enough to make hitting a small moving target reasonably easy. But if you're shooting at a demon sized target most of those pellets are going to be hitting it at quite a reasonably long range. The ranges you're generally dealing with in DOOM aren't long enough to justify needing anything like a sniper rifle.

@@DGneoseeker1 You do make a point here. Still, though, you would want to be as close to your enemy as possible if you'd like your shotgun to deal the most damage it can. Or if coming close to them is not a good idea (which depends on the situation) you could switch to another weapon and take out your foe from a more safe distance.

Why is the doom 3 shotgun here? Worst doom shotgun to exist. Spread and damage is so weird, gotta barrel stuff. The sprites animations and sounds though are 100% on point and look great.
