Hey Mike : Looks like You are winning the battle. Just curious what types of cleaning agents you are using in the Ultrasonic bath ? I remember our Aircraft mfr. recommended Acetone to clean piston engine bronze fuel nozzles but straight Amonia worked better when they were really dirty. WD40 Mineral spirits, Naptha, Lacquer thinner & MEK also work good for all metal parts but may present a flamable situation if you let it get too hot. I bet She'll run like a new one.

Hey BDOG. This ultrasonic cleaner says no acids are to be used... most likely just for safety/fire reasons lol. I have been using simple green and really hot water; seems to work pretty well but the parts had to be in there for a while before they were clean. Still beats scrubbing. And yes, when all was said and done, she ran great!

Michael I've got a project for you I have a 2005 Honda Recon needs the axel bearings changed and the axel left back tire hub bolt won't tighten I don't want to put alot of money in it I'm in-between jobs at this time..how do I git in touch with you where about you from in pa..? He was putting in fresh rear differential fluid probably 80w 90 hypoid. It’s shaft driven and has a differential.

Any reason why my 250ex has a hard time shifting into gear while rolling? Drops fine but real hard to get into 3rd n 4th sometimes

I just bought one 2019 model new ..from honda and im having that issue and also its ticking loud now in sand rideing and losing power...and seems to be over heating ..im 6ft2..190ish....i am under warranty though so curious i am as to why im not out of break in and it sounds and runs like shit ...lol

Wow At like 7:15 if that was gas that dropped out of the carb it looked like it was the original gas lol.

Thanks man! I would bet that you have a leaking needle valve. A carb rebuild kit and a good carb cleaning could be the answer!

Yea dude I would love to build a Quadzilla! I think I'd actually do an LT250R first though only because I had an 88' and I loved it! I am also thinking about the opposite of a restomod and taking a YZ250 motor and putting it in a YFZ450 frame!
