    It's a good idea. Explain vocally, then dig in. People still have the option to skip if they don't want to listen.

    maybe try putting parchment paper on the heating elements so the rubber doesn't stick

    @@calholli we work with rubber at work. Parchment paper cant handle the heat thats needed to vulcanize, unvulcanized rubber

    As usual, the production planning, documentation and editing for this project was superb; a comment I will keep repeating. The behind scenes portion of these stories is still remains a bit of a mystery, but clearly shows there are some extreme minds involved. 🧠🧠🧠🧠😉

    I’ve loved these videos for so long my dads a bmw mechanic and he made me work on my own things now I have a 1992 Ford 150 that I’m repairing/restoring not to former glory but I’m 17 and like working with my hands

    Small water cooled part between heating element and piston rod would be nice. Heated rod can damage sealing in the cylinder and cause leaking.

    Awesome. Hey, i think if you add a valve on the air line that makes the cylinder go down , you can lower the speed going down. The final pressure pushing down and speed moving up won't be affected.

    Mmmh maybe more pneumatic projects in future? I have few cylinders laying around salvaged from wreckers grips, but havent figured anything useful for them since i'm pressurizing my compressor only when i need it and uses like pneumatic holder for part for grinding is more trouble than its worth same with door opener. It would be neat to get some ideas for that.

    Very nice. Although I've never seen a machine like this so I have nothing to compare it to. ;) Looks like you should replace the air switch with a foot operated one though, make it easier to operate by yourself.

    What are we using as an isolator is a little bit off sand puted inside the tire from bike, and were calling it little pilows i hope you would try it. You would see the difrence 😁
