Design is pretty good but Machine Ram area should support the entire tool length for allowing the force to apply evenly as well as avoid bending of the top plate. The designer is adviced to explain the tool design , number of stations, which station is doing what so that the viewers can understand & learn to implement them in their work
The part is fine, the process is slow. A hitch feed would be nice but with the part lifting up and needed to be removed would need to be changed
Lifters and strip feeder should be added for high productivity. Anyway quality of your product is pretty good.

if you dont mind the little money. its not a bad job. don't do these slow ass hand feeding shit. run GAP and straight presses with auto feeders. after set up is done you just sit down most of the job. $18- $22. bigger molds at a good company probably $24 thats it. CNC more worth it
