Curt Jordan goes over a complete set of pullup progressions for students with little upper body strength. Depending on your students' strength and ability levels, they may be able to start with different stages of the progression.

It would be really cool to see students that have been through these progressions demonstrating them as opposed to coaches, but still really good video.
