Great video!! But How long should we rest between the sets and the sets between top set and backoff set ?

Individual. From my experience for statics less rest is needed. So 90s-3min max
In general, are you recommend to use the tuck to adv.tuck dynamic exercise approach also on advance level? Use it also on adv tuck to full fl? Thank you!

Die Planche ist technisch deutlich anspruchsvoller, daher kann die Wahl der Assistenz und technischen Korrekturen etwas komplizierter werden. Im Kern ist es aber ähnlich
What about weighted pull ups? Doesn't it have a better carryover for the FL?

We need a shoulder extension movement. This is more the case for neutral and chin up grip. Doesn’t mean pulls are not effective, but from my logic chins are superior

Hi, Thanks for the video. My problem is getting to the next progression, Straddle. My hips go down, so my body is not a straight line. How can I overcome this issue? Any specific exercise or some tip?

Solutions in the order of likelihood 1. probably your back is too weak and you shouldn’t progress yet 2. maybe don’t use straddle but one leg, hips are way harder to stabilize with straddled legs 3. In rare cases it can be a core issue, than i would work with dragon flags, but they don’t help too much with straddle

Thanks, sometimes people told me that,in the past. They told me about a weak back. However I'm doing pull ups lifting 50% of my bodyweight. Is not that enough? I also do several dragon flags. I think that maybe I'm not engaging my lats properly but it's only a guess. What do you think? I've been trying to unlock this skill for over 1 year. By the way I'm 46. Thanks once again
