    Two great videos on a very overlooked area. Having a scenario plan is so vital. When we design scenarios we start with SRC’s (scenario required competencies) . What behaviours and skills we want to see exhibited and developed in the scenario. We build that into the scenario brief for participants. When debriefing the participant can self de-brief against those behaviours and skills. I really like the way you have a structured approach to scenarios. Otherwise it is just play time without a measurable outcome.
