Thank you, this was great. How would I program the same radio to work with other brands like SFE, Panasonic? I recently had to replace my radio but I'm struggling with the setup

You will either need software to program your radios or become proficient at programming them from the front panel. Here is a link to check and see if your radio is supported by Chirp. chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Home

@theoilykrafter Thank you. My Baofeng 888s is supported but the SFE S780H RADIO is not support. So I can't configure them. I tried contacting SFE

This is a great video and exactly to the point, however I'm still unclear why I would be doing this. Is it to make sure that all my BF888s radios share the same frequencies for each channel? And you replaced the settings with an existing file; where did you get that file?

I used Chirp to create the program that was written to the radio. After programming the first radio. I read from the next radio and copy and pasted the frequency table into the tab that I just read from the radio after saving the original configuration. Then after pasting would save and write to each subsequent radio to ensure that they all have the exact same program.

The software won't allow to change the language like some others do. That would be helpful as well

I am not sure that I understand the question. Are you referring to the language setting in Chirp ?

My CHIRP program says that there is "No response from radio" after clicking "OK" to "communicate" with it. Do you mind telling me how can I fix that?

There are a number of things it could be. A bad programming cable, an in correct baud rate on the COM port, an incorrect data bits and stop bit setting. It could also be that you have the wrong model radio selected or a radio that is not supported by Chirp.
