One of the more exciting players in recent White Sox history.

Love his follow through on his swing. Kinda hitter that whatever jersey he was in, you just KNEW it was him!

Fun fact - it was Steve Stone’s first white sox broadcast in the first clip where tribe hits the walk off home run in the 13th and Stone actually predicted it seconds before

He really was a two time GG'er, 04-05, but didn't get the awards. He was the best SS in the league there after Vizquel fell off. He was a big part of the 05 White Sox. He got the final 2 outs in the clinching game 4 with a 1-0 lead. Both were really tough plays such that if there'd been an average SS in his place, Houston would have had 2 more outs to work with, and a man in scoring position. If you're casual enough you may not notice defense that much until October, and then you really notice it.

I was at the game when he hit the walk-off in the first clip. It wouldn't have even gotten that far if he hadn't made an error earlier hahaha

So many 2005 White Sox players I adored but Juan Uribe was my favorite and I was not happy to see him leave the team.
