I'm from venezuela but I have almost 5 years living here, I'm not in my best moment and I don't find the motivation to do things, I'm in the crisis of 30's and I feel so much pressure that I have nothing, pressure from my family and like it's not enough I just break up with my boyfriend for almost 5 years and is not easy, but all yours motivation words and advice make do things to be better and feel better. Hi Lena!! I used to always fall on a gym slump before. I would constantly be hard on myself when I didn’t get a workout in and end up not going for an entire month. What got me through the slump is slowing down, and instead of allotting 5-6 days in the gym, I only went for 3 days a week. I never got on a gym slump every again and I am seeing better results.
