HI Haroun Ben, I have a project to explain how the football ball is made, do you perhaps know the process of putting the Lining layers to the ball? I have searched the whole internet for 2.5 days, no luck so far.

@@lastyhopper2792 Yes, I can describe the process of making a football (also known as a soccer ball). There are several steps involved in the manufacturing of a football: Cutting the panels: The first step in the manufacturing process is to cut the panels that will make up the ball. These panels are typically made of synthetic leather or rubber and are cut using a die. Sewing the panels: Once the panels have been cut, they are sewn together using a special machine called a lockstitch sewing machine. The panels are sewn together in a specific pattern to ensure that the ball is round and symmetrical. Lining the ball: After the panels have been sewn together, the ball is lined with multiple layers of material. These layers may include foam, rubber, or other materials to give the ball its shape and provide a cushioning effect. Bladder: The bladder is a rubber or synthetic material that is inserted into the ball to hold air. The bladder is typically made of a material that is resistant to punctures and leaks. Covering the ball: The final step in the manufacturing process is to cover the ball with a layer of synthetic leather or rubber. This layer is what gives the ball its smooth, finished appearance. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

@@lastyhopper2792 In the process of making a football, the lining layers are typically added to the ball after the panels have been sewn together. The process of adding the lining layers typically involves the following steps: Place the ball on a table or other flat surface. Place the lining layers around the ball, starting at the center and working your way outwards. The lining layers may be made of foam, rubber, or other materials, and they are typically cut to the correct size and shape to fit the ball. Secure the lining layers in place using adhesive or by sewing them onto the ball. Repeat the process until all of the lining layers have been added to the ball. Check the ball for symmetry and balance to ensure that it is round and evenly balanced. I hope this helps!

@@Hamza-gs7ik does lining the same as wound bladder? Btw, I found a video titled: "Inside The Soccer Factory Football Manufacturing Process." by "ABS" Channel in KZread... In that video, one of the processes that takes place is called "under lining." It seems to me that this process involved putting the Lining Layer on the Leather Cover. The lining layer look like a sheet of white cloth? I could very well be wrong though... What do you think "Under Lining" is?

That is just your illusion. You are attracted to temporary objects: in this case puny football and useless soccer matches. Death is certain. Do we think about it and what will happen after death?

super impressive bro! I love the use of traditional and natural materials

damn crazy to know such an exspensve ball is made the sam way as the rest just feels different and better shape
Insane!
i don't play soccer but those balls look sick.
i can't wait for buying one!! so awesome!!
great vid!!!!! Didnt know how footies were made especially for the world cup! so tar
Impresionante!!!
so much labor involved! produced means of production (capital) too!
The ball making it's so satisfying.
wow! it's amazing!
es impresionante ver el proceso por el que tienen que pasar los balones. por no olvidar de la maquinaria necesaria para su montaje. viendo este tipo de vídeos, luego uno al ver sus precios no puede pensar en que le parezcan caros.
good old days..
thanks for the vid!
woah...that's mind-blowing...
thank you.
they look so nice
I need one of those soccer balls for next Christmas.
Awesome vid od Jabulani
Problem is that this ball has much less aerodynamic drag then balls used before. That means it will fly straight even if you give it a lot of spin. There is much less force to counter the spin so the ball won't curl as before. I think its a disaster for the world cup and the players because they are clearly struggling with this ball and we won't see many great free kicks goals when the player is able to curl the ball around the wall :(

Much more impressive than the box factory.
Pretty funny how theres so many steps to just make a ball. Has to be perfect size, weight, shape and more. No doubt Football is the greatest sport.
awesome that's so cool
this is nice. cant wait for qatar 2022 world cup!!
@cha0sstrik3r that's because those sports don't need to make improvements to the ball, its fine as it is. and for hockey, the puck is just perfect.

very work...
