Bought the 30 inch version from Home Depot a couple of weeks ago to replace a 36 inch Blackstone Culinary version I purchased from Lowes. The Weber is built like a tank once assembled . Side shelves are massive and the options to place other items on the right side are well thought out. Only been able to cook on it once so far but having the drip tray in the left front is nice.

This carbon-steel cooktop is made differently than other griddles. It’s transformed under extreme heat and pressure that case hardens and bonds the surface - which reduces the ability for moisture to collect and rust to form. Then it’s pre-seasoned with food-safe oils that condition the metal for an extra boost of rust resistance and a natural, easy-release cooking surface right out of the box.
