Maybe that's it. The weird intro is like everything we fear in life, until we actually take a listen/live it... and surprisingly, it gets better and better as the song progresses. The song is actually defined as a serenade song, paraluman is actually a name(woman's name) and him serenading paraluman telling her all the beautiful things that you feel when you're inlove 😅

Him and Arthur Nery are my feel good mood music. I honestly wish you could understand tagalog, the lyrics of this song is just so beautiful. Another song of his that i love so much is TAHANAN.

Fun fact: Paraluman in Filipino actually means- a compass. It is now translated as “a muse” because of a very beautiful actress who used Paraluman as her screen name. Her beauty inspired many lyricists to use her name to embody their beloved subject.

You are so right! Adie’s voice is to die for. Adie also write his own songs. A lot of them. And the lyrics are so, so beautiful. I feel so enamored everytime i listen to his songs and his voice. Please reacts to MV’s of his songs bc it includes English subtitles and so well acted. Adie started covering songs in the internet and also started writing his own songs. A record company heard one of his songs and immediately offered him a contract and he suddenly broke out on the Philippine Music scene with insane thousand of views overnight!

I first heard Adie sing live at the Aurora Music Festival and he sounded so beautiful and magical. I never thought he'd sound better live, but he did. He also did a lot of adlibs. He's just simply amazing. I'd love to hear him live again.

Kundiman - way of singing of colonial Filipinos during and post-Spanish era passed down its influence until present time. It is more centered around love. Love for a partner, parents, sons & daughters, culture and country. It may sound similar to Ballads. Philippines' anthem has a trace of it. Sung in a time signature of a march since it was written during a time of war. Kundiman is also a way of passing stories about culture for the next generations back in the day. Wether for washing clothes by creek, around village campfires in the provinces, while farming, etc.

I vow down to all singers and bands now a days in PH, but there is a lot of big bands during my times like early 2000s that so better, the alternative bands to rock bands that still on my playlist .. its just most of them are not on WISH BUS just because wish bus is just recently... well if you want a band that really performs well KAMIKAZEE , this band this vocalist is.. like every minute is 100% Jay the vocalist really loves to perform ! in small or big stages theyre is the best rock band for me..
